Quick, cozy, standard

It was a quick getaway but I love the contactless check in and out and having a bar in the hotel was convenient. The hotel room was clean and and roomy.

The room was a little worn in the bathroom. Peeling paint in the shower. But the water pressure was fantastic!

Great maid service. Pleasant room.

Never pay for ‘made to order’ breakfast. You have to serve yourself toast, juice, cereal. And the breakfast served was not very good. A bit overpriced.

I was very comfortable, the front dest clerks were accommodating, and I felt safe.

Breakfast is very delicious and has many selections. The wait staff is friendly, efficient, and quick to serve. Dining area is bright and comfortable, for business clients, families, or single guests.

The cost at the bar is rather high.

Bartender, Sean was amazing!

Perfect location to walk to shops and a short drive to hiking

Front desk day shift concierge person was very rude and condescending. The room had left over pizza in boxes from previous person staying there

Pool needs upgrading and hallways rug dirty. Breakfast buffet confusing and not good. Should cook eggs with buffet.

Great place, perfect location

Beautiful hotel, very impressed. Your wait staff for our breakfast was 10/10. Some of the kindest we’ve ever met. They were truly impressive

VERY NICE FACILITY. CLOSE TO SHOPPING!

LOVELY FACILITY.

SOME LOUD NOISE FRON AN ABOVE UNIT ONE EVENING. THERE WERE NO AVAILABLE ROOMS TO TRANSFER TO UNFORTUNATELY. BUT THE HOTEL CANNOT BE FAULTED FOR THAT. THEY DID REDUCE OUR ROOM RATE FOR THE EVENING THOUGH.

The stay was very enjoyable.

All the staff we had to deal with were very kind considerate of people and making sure your stay is as good as it could be.

I did not love the breakfast. The omelets were terrible. I think someone has to train the chef in making egg dishes.

Excellent stay, great manager.

When we checked in the reservation we made via Booking did not push through to the Hotel so we had to wait at the front desk for quite a while Booking customer service worked on their end to resolve the issue. After that was fixed (thank goodness the hotel had available rooms) the manager on duty, Peter, was so overly apologetic and offered us a free room upgrade. I thought this was exceptional service considering the issue was with Booking.com and not with the hotel. Pete was so very helpful, walked us through everything and offered us the upgraded room. We always stay here when we're in Freeport and this experience was truly outstanding.

This experience has taught me that even though you have a confirmed (and fully paid for) hotel reservation on Booking.com that doesn't mean it's confirmed at the hotel level. Going forward I will call the hotel directly after booking to make sure its there. Had the Hilton in Freeport been fully booked we would have been searching for lodging somewhere else which is not a fun experience.

Relaxing.

This Hilton location is close to all Freeport amenities and restaurants. With a fitness room, pool & hot spa it is the best place to check all the boxes. Relaxing and comfortable. There os a full service restaurant for breakfast and on weekends dinner if you do not wish to explore off site.

This property has everything I enjoy when I travel. I mentioned above the things I like about the hotel.

they could not find when I booked that I included to pay for the breakfast package. Tgey tried to charge me twice and stated due to a third party booking thru booking .com they could not see in my reservation. It made it difficult to enjoy my breakfast. They did finally accept and did not have to pay additional.

The location was great to all the shopping 🛍 it was nice to be able to walk vs. Drive to the shops.

The night time Mgr seemed as if it was a bother for the employee at the bar to ask them for help. The employee at the bar was extremely nice and friendly. He had a great personality and very out going. We enjoyed having a drink and conversing with him.

When we arrived, there was an issue with laundry and rooms were not ready. Staff managed our disappointment and offset the 90 min wait with complimentary breakfast for the length of stay, which we thought was quite fair. Thank you.

Breakfast was great. Staff were extremely friendly and welcoming.

Upon arrival at 3pm which was checking time. We had to wait 2 1/2 hours to get checked in. Several times was told 15 minutes. We had previous engagements arranged and was on a time constraint ended up having to get a different room in order to get checked in.
