wonderful hosts, wonderful breakfast, and a well maintained home and garden. Bill was kind enough to let us use his Tesla charger to charge our car, and both he and his wife have great suggestions for places to go in the area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We stayed at the inn for 2 nights. Bill and Mary Ann were wonderful hosts! They had great suggestions for activities and dining in the area. Breakfast was outstanding on both days. Bill is a wonderful cook and he accommodated my wife's severe dairy allergy beautifully. We had the Wisteria room and the shower lived up to the hype. If you are a dog lover, ask to meet their dog! He's a gorgeous Newfy!
This will be fixed by the time you are reading this, but there was a blind missing in an east-facing window that resulted in sunrise directly in my wife's eyes (I had no such issue on my side of the bed). Mary Ann said they expect the blind to arrive any time. So, you shouldn't have any problem.

location was very convenient
absolutely loved the fireplace in our room!
really have no complaints

Staff was great! Food was good. My wife loved it. I am more of a picky eater, so the quiche was not my favorite. (too many vegies for me). An alternative would have been nice. Scones and fruit/yogurt/granola were wonderful. Room was good size, decor was beautiful. Shower in bathtub was awkward - unstable footing. Shower curtain stuck to body. Bed was too close to the dormer ceiling, causing a head bump.
see above.

Nice old house, was very clean and quiet, location on a side street but walking distance to shopping. The hosts were very nice, breakfast was great. We stayed in a room with skylights and a spa tub, I liked the amount of daylight in the room.
No complaints!

Hard bed and pillows. Shower was too small to even get in. Limited breakfast. Too pricey for what we got. Would NEVER go back.

What a fantastic stay. We were made to feel welcome the moment we walked in. So close to everything downtown Freeport. We parked and walked to all the shops right from the inn. It was far enough removed to be quiet but close enough to walk.

Hosts were very nice and helpful with suggestions on what to do in the area and where to eat. The breakfast was great with extra scones given for a snack later in the day. The location was right in the walkable area of Freeport near shops and restaurants. We would be happy to return there again.

The hosts were very friendly, kind and accommodating. The room provided for 3 people was comfortable for us and very clean and not overloaded with "stuff". We were happy that we could sit outside for breakfast. We would stay here again if passing through Freeport!
No complaints.
