It was okay could have been better

The location of it and decent price

Needs some work the room I had ac hardly work was holes in wall dirty dishes and stove was messed up and the hallway smelled of weed and the elevator and you could smell it in our room

The ocean

The rooms were tiny.bug in room. Bugs in hall bugs in ice bucket. Holes in the carpet in rooms sliding door not on track so could not cool room or close door properly. Not what the picture showed.only one elevator worked and it was in disrepair holes in wall of elevator. The drugs were bad that's all you could smell . People sitting in lawn chairs right beside pool doing drugs in front of children. Rooms not clean when we got there people who stayed before us left drugs in window seal. This place is disgusting. Has roaches I will never stay here again

1st time here at this Hotel

I like the area we was in close to everything

The hotel needs updating I never had a key 🔑 to open my room door before. It was hot in the hall way and the lobby waiting for the elevator and the was only 1 Elevator working for the that side of the hotel.. For that kind of money we paid for the room and I no it was only for 2 days it could have been better...

Naughty, smelly they had roaches They had only one working elevator for nine floors. Not worth the money we paid, we should’ve been paid to stay there!

When you’re booking the ad shows the main big building but upon arrival we got sent to an small little outdated and under remodelation building that is part of the same complex. the bed covers smelled like they hadn’t been washed in a long time. The guests below our unit were smoking weed day and night which is very unpleasant for some people. The unit itself it’s ok since we basically used to sleep.

Great location overall good place to stay.

We stayed n the south tower. It was nice,but a little antiquated. Beds were ok,could use new mattresses. Over all it was a good place to stay. The location is great.

Not so pleasant.

The King bed

The hotel was old and run down. Didn't get a chance to get in the pool due to closing at 9 pm. Jacuzzi was broken. The coffee maker didn't have a basket. Asked to be put near the front near the ocean and was placed on the opposite end. The shower was really small and the water sprayed hard and outside getting the floor wet.

I left after driving 3 hours and waiting all day to check in NEVER AGAIN!!!

Nothing…..The property was a dump!!!

I went on line and booked a ocean view and my view was a filthy breezeway…. a nasty elevator and a view that was blocking the ocean. There was construction which gave a horrible sight for a stay in the hotel. This place was a dump!!!! The hotel room was horrible I should’ve known when the handed me a key and not a key card.

The elevators was old and slow. Everything needs to be up graded. Our door to balcony wouldn’t lock. The floor wasnt sweeped good. Stuff was under one of the beds. Carpet that goes in bathroom was ripped. Not enough electrical outlets to plug stuff in. Lamps by the beds didnt work i guess bulbs was blowed. When taking a shower didnt have very good water pressure coming out.

Electric Plugs didn't work, shower head didn't work, I had small children and they gave me a room with a spa tub. One of the keys given to me didn't work.

The location was great

The pool was disgusting, check in took over 40 minutes, I had 228 held on my card and then was charged instead of having that hood released, so I’m fighting for my money back I was never meant to be charged and it’s really frustrating

Not a great deal for 2023..whole place under construction

Location was great

It wasn't disclosed that the indoor pool area was closed for renovation in booking or at check-in. We would have booked another hotel. They was demolishing one of their four buildings which started at 6/7am. It was right outside our door loud and debris was everywhere, it shook our building. This was supposed to be a peaceful wee and give me serious anxiety. Was also charged additional fees when got there, plus the security deposit.

Do NOT stay here!!!

Nothing! The entire place should be shut down. So dirty and everything was torn up. Including the bed sheets. The door on the side of the hotel was torn off & wide open.

We didn't like anything about it at all. The beds are shot & the whole place is run down & falling apart.
