Never got a room

I booked a room and when I went to check in the rooms were all booked. I lost a reservation deposit and possibly a charge on my card even though I didn’t stay.

Clean, there’s an indoor pool. Easy access from or to the main freeway.

The rooms was very clean, bed was comfortable.

The hotel itself was nice but it had a very unusual smell, smell more of a urine or stuffy smell once you walk inside the hotel, and all so in the room when you have the AC on. We sprayed air freshener in the room to control the smell.

Just somewhere for the night

The property inside was aesthetically clean. The staff was ok. Checking in was pretty quick.

Although the property was aesthetically clean, I could tell that there were some underlying issues. Underneath the bleach smell from the cleaning products, there was sort of a mildew underlay. you can tell that there is definitely an issue somewhere at the property. Upon arriving in our room it had a humid, musty smell. The room was clean for the most part but I did find a toenail on the carpet. The floors could have been cleaned a lot better. I definitely won’t be coming back, but it will be a decent place to say if they make those necessary corrections.

Goof location but not nice staff and breakfast was too limited

They want to charge me about the parking when I check in and this was clearly mention that the parking is free of charge, however while I am checking out, there were different staff and she didn’t asked me about the charge !! , hence I don’t know what was the basis of the first staff when she asked me about the parking charge!

every time we stay, we have no complaints

The staff was so nice, excepting friendly, and answered questions to the best of their knowledge and the one particular lady I can’t remember her name but she did work second shift the days we stayed. I think Thursday Friday she was off Saturday and she works Sunday. She was awesome.

Room lighting is Dim. I found the water heating not hot. It is not worth the tariff rate

Fair value, for the price, but would have expected more with marriott chain.

Location was great. Breakfast could have more options, but sufficient. Indoor pool/hot tub was unsatisfactory. Hot tub was broken & cold and pool did not have any towels.

More towels/toiletries. Room could have been cleaner. Cable was glitchy

I would stay again

It was a good breakfast. Staff was very nice and helpful. The beds were comfortable.

Ran out of towels at 8pm. That is way too early to run out of towels on a Saturday night. No smart TVs.

Pleasant stay. Clean. Convenient location.

Convenient location to major road and freeway but without the noise. Clean and spacious. Met expectations.

The people at the front desk and running the breakfast were superior! The breakfast choices were excellent as well. But

Great personnel and breakfast. Enjoyed the gym.

Was very out of date. There wasn’t a single USB port in the room. Could tell the appointments had been well cleaned and cared for, but they were old. The lighting in the bathroom had one, abysmally underlit option. Couldn’t hope to put on makeup or comfortably shave well for an interview in there. Really need a dimmer with good lighting. Needed more mirrors in the outer room.

I booked a king size bed but when checked in they insisted I had to get the room with two queen beds because they were out of king bedrooms which is not my problem because I pre-booked a king bed then the TV did not work the toilet was broke the ironing board was broke and the door the lock on the door keep getting stuck worst stay I’ve ever had at this hotel and I love it usually
