Room was clean and the interaction with the staff was pleasant!
I had no complaints

The rooms are nice . Comfortable & clean .
Hallways are concerning. I stayed on the 5th floor & there is a random desk with trash on top . Tenants leave trash in hallways overnight. Weird odor in hallways.

The cookie.
It was dirty, broken AC, uncomfortable bed, broken ceiling/walls, mold in sink faucet, someone else’s hair on our “clean” towels, dirty hallways with trash.

The location is great. The rooms are recently updated so they are nice.
The outside of the property was pretty dingy. Trash everywhere.

Location
The room was not as clean as far details, dusting the bed base broad, around the mattress. Refrigerator was not getting cold, the chair did roll, it seems to be broken. Not to mention No MICOWAVE in the room was a BIG disappointment. Having go to the lobby to warm up food, then I had to ask the Bartender for a cleaning towel to clean it out. It was disgusting, I just knew she would offer to clean it out for me since I am a guest, Nope I had to clean it out before I used it myself. Only one MICOWAVE for that Big hotel is ridiculous. You should provide a MICOWAVE station with more then one and have employee's to maintain the sanitation & disinfection. No guest should have to come and clean after other guests on vacation, that's nonsense. I will never return. It was not an great experience, but the desk employee's were friendly. The only good thing I can say about my stay.

Breakfast was filling and affordable, room was very clean, and bed was superb! Great location for visiting the University of Texas at Dallas, which was the purpose of the trip. Also convenient that walkable distance there was a 7-11 store.
We were put in a room without a window, which was surprising. The sunlight could not reach the room, which made adjusting to jetlag much harder as we could not tell the time easily. Also we often left room door open for a few minutes to refresh the room air as air conditioning was too strong.

Great location.
The ac wasn’t cooling like it should have. The remote for the tv was broken. Our keys never worked and when my husband tried to get them fixed, he was treated like he was an idiot that just didn’t know how to use it.

The stay was TERRIBLE. There was a woman making racist commentaries in the restaurant/bar hotel, on Sunday night March 3, 2024. I was talking to a girl that night, and the other woman comments affected the girl that I was with. I answered back to that woman, then she went to the concierge to complain about me. The concierge asked me to leave the hotel and I did it. Now, I want to be reimbursed for that night, Sunday March 3, 2024.
Please take care of my request.
Thanks,
Joshua Claramunt

housekeeping very unprofessional

Very clean, when I lay on the bed, I can smell light Clorox scent on the sheet. That tells me they wash and actually clean the room. Very affordable
The part where you drive up the hotel of the main entrance to unload or load your suit case. There is a big white van that is taking all the space of the driveway and causing traffic and they have done nothing about it.

I was there to attend a wedding. I stayed for 4 nights. I wasn't aware there was complementary breakfast til the third day. I called the front desk to send us towels and to pick up trash. I was told housekeeping were gone for the day, when I confronted the desk that housekeeping was outside my room in the hallway working she hung up the phone on my face. I don'tremember her name but it was ( African American sister ) .

location and cleaniness
we checked in late at night the fm receptionist took my credit card to charge. the next early morning, room phone rang and fm receptionist downstairs stated that my credit card was not charged when we checked in last night before and needed to be charged again.
This early morning phone call disrupted our sleep for myelf, wife and kids.
I asked her what happened and She stated that fm receptionist that worked last night didn’t charge my credit card even though she took my card and did something at the counter. I told the caller that I will be downstairs soon as I can for this issue. After I hung up the phone then five minutes later, someone knocked on the door several time disrupting our sleep again someone identified himself as a manager. There’s two males one was caucasian male in regular dress and one was Indian male in suit telling me that I was staying in a room without paying and and my credit card was not charged last night. I felt like we were criminals living in there for free and didnt pay for the hotel even though we had online booking and it was not our fault if the night receptionist couldnt do her job charging my card. I dressed up went downstairs and had the receptionist charge my card. This is not a professional conduct by the hotel employee and we feel like that we were criminals staying here for free.
