It’s was alright! For the money we paid we could’ve got better

Big, decent and the kitchen was accommodating! The laundry was also nice and easy access

It smelled soon as we walked in… we don’t know like what but it wasn’t a pleasant smell… smelled like something old or the windows haven’t been cracked for a while .. the bathtub could’ve been cleaner

I will never go back.

No breakfast and this place is haunted by a evil spirit and the staff knows about it and doesn't tell anyone about it. I was attacked by the spirit my last night there.

good parking and easy access to interstate.

no lobby area, no pool or recreational area, walls were so thin could hear people talking in next room.

Our room was dirty and had not been cleaned. Had to go to the desk and ask for extra towels even though they knew there was 2 of us in the room.

location

the housekeepers don’t clean your room even if you ask nicely they still get rude. And also the front staff had so many excuses as to why our room wasn’t getting cleaned and we stayed for a full week.

Overall my stay was great and the staff was very supportive of my needs. I would most definitely stay here again!

The location was great for the event I attended.

Hotel needs updated and rooms need to be cleaned better.

upon opening our door When we checked in I had to take out the trash from last customer and then the floor looked like hadn’t been swept in weeks. I had to go get broom and dustpan from housekeeping. I then swept the floor and went to get ice water and the ice machine in refrigerator didn’t work.

Deception off the Highway

It was conveniently located off the highway we were traveling. The outside landscape was nice and clean. The water pressure in the shower was good and the shower was nice and hot. They had a miniature bar of Dove soap for handwashing, which I liked.

Where do I start? I DID NOT receive the room I booked. I asked for a king room, instead we got a room with 2 double beds that had dirty walls and dirty floors. The carpet, curtains & lampshade were stained. There was food left on the stove top and in the sink. The dishes were left in the dishwasher so we didn't know if they were clean or dirty and we chose not to find out. The coffee maker needed to be thrown away and replaced because it was beyond cleaning. There were several items within the room that were dust filled, the refrigerator, the bathroom tissue holder to name just two. It appeared the room had not been thoroughly cleaned since Covid hit. For the price we paid/they charge and to be a part of Holiday Inn they should do better. The pictures on the site are deceiving. At least for the room we were in (119) the room DID NOT line up with the pictures. The maid showed up before 9:00 knocking on our door to clean a room we were checking out of within a couple of hours. They need to be retrained on proper cleaning, especially since we are still dealing with Covid. The inadequate state of cleanliness was unbearable that I hardly slept!
