Displeased with cleanliness but the rest was better than average.

Pool was nice on the east sode of the building so evening swim was enjoyable. Breakfast had a great variety for all ages and was delicious and staff were all very pleasant.

Room booked had 0 out of 3 TVs functional in the suite, when attempting to fix issues with TV we found old toys and old slice of half eaten pizza behind the tv stand in two separate rooms of the suite. Able to switch rooms after discussing with management at front desk

Great Stay for a price

Staff was amazing especially front desk and lady at breakfast. It was clean and well appointed

The street was busy and hard to access the side street it was located on. I thought the $100 non refundable pet fee was way too high. I stayed at another hotel the same weekend and it was $20.

Manager was responsive early into booking process. Lost my reservation when I arrived. Charged for " free cancelation" even though they lost the reservation.

What a let down Marriott

Front desk clerk was nice upon entrance and exit

No breakfast on one morning. No water at day of check out. Elevators were not working and we were on the 3rd floor. Hotel is really beat up and worn. Very sad about this stay.

Value for money if you pay less than $125 including tax

Good facility, ample parking, hot breakfast options, Value for money. Helpful check-in staff when I raised the issue, offered me to switch the room.

When I was entering the bathroom when checking in, it was stinky (offered me an alternate room). When I was checking out, the staff at the front was not customer friendly with a not welcoming attitude.

Holiday Disaster

The staff was friendly.

The property was extremely outdated and needs extensive renovations. The walls were dirty; the carpet in the room was torn in several areas, and you could tell there was no attempt to repair; sofa was stained; 2 drawers in the bathroom vanity would not close all the way so you had to be careful not to bump into while going to bathroom; AC unit was very noisy, bath towels were so thin and also needed to be replaced. Was not a pleasant experience and below my standards. This property was 1 step above being categorized as a motel. Disgrace to the Marriott brand.

Overall a good stay for the price. Excellent breakfast.

Breakfast was excellent and the breakfast staff was superb.

The check in took longer than normal as the staff at the desk was unable to check us in since she was training and it was her first night. She had to call the other staff to get back to the front desk. When we got to the assigned room, the bed was not made and the TV was on. We weren’t sure if we were on someone else’s room. We had to go back to the desk to get another room. The final room was ok. Needed a new fridge. The room was not as clean as I would have expected. Perhaps my expectations were too high.

I wasn’t given the level of room I reserved and paid for. Given a accessible room, which wasn’t requested. The sheets on the bed didn’t fit the size bed….king fitted sheets on a queen bed. They came off during the night. The blanket was tucked and unable to pull up.

I enjoyed it for what I was looking for in a stay away from home.

Breakfast was wonderful! I just needed to be out of the house for a night with no expectations as a mom/wife. I was so thankful I could wake up to breakfast, my pets could be with me, there was a pool to occupy my children I could relax and breathe

When I first arrived the front desk man was asleep in a chair so I assumed he was a visitor so it took a while to actually get our room. Also, $4 for a 20oz Pepsi was crazy but I guess it was "convince".

That we had to wait 30min for bacon The hotel manager left a message on my phone threatening to cancel my reservation if I didn’t pay over the phone before I got there and told me the payment processes and then when I got there it wasn’t.
