Good stay and good breakfast selection.

Breakfast was very good. We were on second floor, traveling with dogs and it was difficult to go in and out at night. First book would have make things easier. Overall, good stay!

This was a very comfortable, clean and great stay for our family.

The staff were very polite and helpful. The breakfast was wonderful and the amenities of the hotel were also wonderful.

The location was far from the university where we were visiting, but otherwise there were many food places nearby.

Average at best. Will not stay again.

Seem like a good location and well decorated.

The hot water is so slow. Took 15 mins to get hot water to our room. The bed was super hard and lumpy. Black mold in the shower.

Hampton- great stay!

Quick courteous & professional check in, love the welcome message on TV when entering room, clean & spacious room with alot of electrical outlets( LOVED), and comfortable bed!

Great place marred by check in problems

Location and apparent safety. Facilities updates. Some. Beds terrific breakfast service

Relationship and payment issues at front desk when we checked in. Not certain if Bookings or Hampton caused situation. My bank account received a full Ed of money yet our 2 nd room was rejected and drakes asked if I. Oils go ahead and pay for second room. The answer was. Firm no it took phone calls four adults an a desk clerk to finally solve the dilemma. Word to your desk clerks. Good that you didn’t just give a the room. BAD that you asked us to pay for it again. Say we will contact bookings com immediately and resolve it. I am sick of hotel clerks bitchingabout not contacting them directly. THE ONLY REASON WE KNEW YOU EXISTED WAS BECAUSE of such companies. I believe Bookings screwed up but I hate the onus of the mistake being shoved onto the customer

I didnt think it was worth the money - too expensive!

the floors were dirty - carpet in room made our feet look black. UGH! the MAIN ISSUE WAS POOL - WATER WAS SO CLOUDY AND GREEN LOOKING - DIDNT LOOK SAFE TO GET IN SO VERY DISAPPOINTING TO GRANDKIDS. YOU COULDNT SEE THE BOTTOM, SO IF A CHILD WAS UNDER WATER YOU COULDNT EVEN SEE THEM!!!!!!!!!!! NOT SAFE!!!!

Second time staying here. Feels clean, comfortable, and safe. Would return.

Clean nice property. Room was nice and cool (in 100 degree weather). Liked the mini fridge and microwave.

Somewhat expensive. Water took awhile in shower to get hot.

Enjoyed our stay and would come back again!

Breakfast was great and so was the location!! Staff was very friendly and clean room.

The luggage carts were hard to find when we checked out, so had to make several trips to load up. Staff says people keep them in their rooms which should not be allowed.

Disappointed after making reservation over 6 months in advance.

Beds comfortable, nice breakfast room, Very clean. The employee working the breakfast room was friendly and efficient.

Experience at check in. Too long to write it out, but I will never go to Hilton again. Cost too high. Sliding bathroom door broken I couldn’t close it or open it. Only would glide a tiny bit. The main door doesn’t lock always so you have to manually push parts in to get it yo lock right.

It was excellent and would highly recommend

Everything was great. The room was clean, breakfast was delicious, staff was friendly. Pool and exercise room was clean with lots of towels.

Over all, very nice.

Nice accommodations, good breakfast, very nice housekeeping and breakfast staff.

Slightly overpriced and I didn't care for the surly young lady at the desk when we left. I told her we were checking out, held up the room key cards and asked if she needed anything from me and she pointed at the box for me to put the cards in and said "Nope" with a look like I was bothering her. No smile, no thank you, not even a kiss my foot. Mind you, there was no one else there for her to take care of.

my stay at this hotel was nice and quiet, the bed was comfy and the breakfast was great. I will stay here again

I liked that it was clean and neat

there was not a lot of parking and we had no curtain to close, it was just the sheer piece which was ok but the moon was shining directly in so it wasn’t dark at all.

I was awakened twice by maintenance to fix cable The first time was 9am with a knock on my door The second time maintenance called my room at 9:30 am and stated they wanted to check the cable Frankly, I was trying to sleep Did not want to be disturbed I was NOT interested in the cable!
