Great hotel to stay at

The hotel and our room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel staff were all friendly and helpful. They recommended local attractions for us to go see and do. The breakfast was great, and had some gluten-free options for me as well. This hotel is in a great location with restaurants and stores really close by. If you don't feel like going to the grocery store, they do have a nice little sundry shop with reasonable prices. It was also an easy check in and out process too.

The only thing I can think of is that only half of the jets in the spa were working.

Disappointing

The parking was very messy… in fact upon leaving, my front tire started leaking bc I had encountered something that punctured it.

The bed was TERRIBLE…. When I initially sat on the edge of the bed I could feel that something wasn’t right and sure enough, there was the proverbial dip in the middle. It was waaaaay too late at night to try finding another hotel but I won’t be recommending this hotel ESPECIALLY bc if the price for a not good bed.

Nice stay

Clean and tastefully decorated, comfortable beds, good selection of breakfast items.

Older and could use a little updating. The drywall in the bathroom was coming apart, and the walls throughout the room were textured drywall, looking tired. Usually rooms are wallpapered, making them look better than drywall, which can get dirty and marked up.

Breakfast was typical, which I don’t really like anywhere. It was quiet and staff was friendly.

I was surprised that the front desk couldn’t extend my booking.

Would definitely stay again!!

Comfy beds. Nice decor. Dove essentials for the bathroom was great. Breakfast was wonderful. Staff was amazing.

No pool (only hot tub). Ice machine only on ground floor.

Just a spa, no pool, but knew that when I booked. Room was not very spacious.

Location, nice property, comfortable bed

Checking…. No eye contact, not unfriendly, but also no welcoming. Clerk was eating and chewing during my checkin

Exceptional

Very friendly staff. Really appreciated the upgrade we got. Pet friendly which is essential for us. Have stayed here multiple times now.

We appreciate all the grass for our dogs. However it is strewn with pet waste. Suggest putting up signs for lazy pet owners as well as providing waste bags and garbage can right there. They could mark off a small area of upper lawn to keep maintenance down.

There is no doubt we will stay here again and recommend it to others

We enjoyed a great room at a wonderful price. The hotel was well maintained and was clean throughout. Breakfast was a great start to the day. Reception services were very friendly and efficient.

When I am in Butte again I will stay here.

The breakfast area was good and the food selection was very good (lots better than many places we've stayed) The lamp on the table between the beds had plug-ins for our electronic devices ... such a great idea!

The bathroom area was a little cramped but was ok for an overnight stay.

walls are very thin. could hear guests in the other room and they were not being loud.

The beds were comfortable and the room was clean with nice towels. The staff were very helpful

The breakfast was OK, but all the hot food was too salty, so much that it was inedible. The porridge was very lumpy and nobody was eating it. So the best option was cereal and toast.
