Location was perfect
Bed was really hard

The bed was clean.
I've stayed in a lot nicer hotels for less. The building is pretty run down. Area was a little sketchy. Historic district that could be really cool but most of the buildings were run down and closed up. It's sad. Just not a real comfortable area to stay.

It was less expensive than other options
The room was not clean! There was literally a footprint on the wall. Not a shoe print, a footprint. There were streaks on the bathroom walls, as though something had been dripping. It grossed us out.

convenient to downtown, walking distance

Room was large. Staff friendly.
Door was hard to close so if you didn't double check it's a good possibility the door could be accidentally left open. There's a hole in the wall right when you walk in where the light switch should be. The bathroom lamp was out.

Rooms were in terrible condition, facilities were in terrible shape, the garbage was piled up outside our door and the there was so much that it was blowing out of the can. The toilet, you sit on it and it drops. It is hung on the wall with monster bolts for obvious reasons. The only grab bar in the shower was a towel rack installed at an 45 degree angle. And it was put in in a place that was not user friendly. TV clicker did not operate all the needed functions, ie cc. The floor mats outside the door were full of sand dirt which tracked into the rooms. The parking lot was full of oil from cars leaking, the paint was peeling off the walls inside the room, outside the walls, especially metal. The bottom of the stairs were completely rusted.
Windows were dirty. We had to get an 8' extension cord for my side of the bed. We had to multiple electrical outlets to cover two phones and two lamps in the room. Some of the outlets were so badly worn that they would not hold a plug. The water system was terrible. pressure was good, but twice the cold water would shut off and you got BURNED. That facility is in awful shape, the molding on the floor was poorly installed and there were obvious gaps. The smoke alarm went off when the shower was on. etc., etc..... prepared by Ken, Terry's husband. The moring coffee was very good.

Pet friendly and lots of spare outside for the dogs, it's Montana so nice land isn't hard to find. $15 per any size pet. Staff is very friendly. Clean and remodeled rooms.

Asked for a bottom floor and was first told that isn’t the type of room I booked then they upgraded us for free!!! I would stay again.
Could use less light in the room. I really like it darker.

Large room with microwave and mini fridge. Clean bed. Pet friendly.
Filthy... long hair from a previous dog everywhere and on the sofa so we couldn't sit on it. Our clothes were covered in fur. Floors were dirty. We asked for main floor but were told they were sold out. There were only 3 cars in the whole parking lot. Toilet didn't flush.

No extra charges for the dog, very friendly and helpful staff
Very strong and unpleasant smell of cigarette outside and inside my room. The property is very old and run down which makes it look dirty both inside and outside. I paid for an upgraded room with microwave and refrigerator and I had none of this... luckily the person at the front desk was very nice and helped me store my food and let me use the office microwave. I am not a peaky person, but I still wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

nice location
overpriced ghetto motel. Had to park quite a ways from the room although there were many vacancies. Cost should have beef $20.00 less for the quality of this hotel.

Price was good, people at the front desk were super nice
Location wasn’t the best, there were some shifty people in the parking lot, seems like there are some people living there.

The motel was full but we were accommodated with a room that was being remodeled but not quite ready. Therefore I will not rate the room in all fairness to the hotel.
A better mattress. Also, the mattress kept slipping off the platform base. Maybe put short rails around the frame?

priced well for location. Desk manager very kindly boosted our car as we had left an accessory running all night and killed the battery. much appreciated. facility could use some tlc but overall ok.
