Wonderful family time.

Very large pool !! Beds were very comfy . Breakfast was ok could use a little more options. Like yogurt and bagels .

Wasn’t exceptional.

Location was okay.

Staff was not super friendly, hotel was Less than mediocre. It was so expensive for not really much gain. Could have been way better

Best in comfort and value

The hotel staff was friendly and welcoming. The facility was clean, both inside and the surrounding grounds. It is a great place to stay.

I would recommend this place for sure I give it 5 stars.

Room was clean bed was excellent. Shower was awesome. Everything worked in the hotel plugs, lights, everything. Couldn't be happier.

Free Breakfast like before Covid would be nice. Bigger coffee cups for the coffee in the lobby. that is about it.

Definitely planning another trip here.

Loved the big pool and that it was 8ft deep! I liked that there was plenty of space to sit by the pool and hot tub. Room was very clean and staff was nice.

Would have liked to have been able to stay.

Didn’t get to find out. We were told our reservations (which we had a confirmation call a couple of days before) were “overbooked” and we were directed to stay at the “Days Inn” that had “a nice room” for the same price, that the staff so kindly arranged for us, without notifying us before we arrived.

I’m sure the property was nice. The lobby was welcoming, but obviously the staff were not. They blamed the “overbooking” on us using “Booking.com”

Superb

The pool is excellent and the beds were perfect. Everyone had a great night's sleep and the black out curtains worked so well we overslept.

I bought the breakfast through booking.com and it was just a coupon for money off of the restaurant. You would think that $40 would cover breakfast for 4 people but it didn't. We ended up paying an additional $22 for our breakfast. Next time I won't buy the breakfast in advance and eat somewhere else.

I had paid for property 100% before check in and I was charged again Also my name and details for whatever reason did not stay in the property database and I had a challenge when I contacted for refund of the room charge. It was a difficult experience No proper housekeeping Did not buy anything from store but was charged

The proximity to the mountain bike trails (South Trails) was great, and the cleaning staff were very nice.

No coffee, paid breakfast took 10 mins before even being seated. We left. Toilets are super noisy, a bit of road noise too.

Beautiful hotel, but staff need to focus on customer service

clean and welcoming with the NMU graduation table

staff were rude and not helpful! I had a problem and they did not offer much support and still charged me wrong for the $17 breakfast.
