Un lugar muy acogedor

Desde el 1er día el recibimiento, el lugar muy bonito, la limpieza, la comodidad del lugar, todo muy completo. Nos sentimos como en casa. Estar a 2 cuadras de la playa y en un lugar tan cómodo, es muy afortunado.

No tengo ninguna queja. Todo estuvo impecable

Oldschool motel in a fantastic little neighborhood near the beach!

Great nighborhood, and close to the beach.

Noisy air conditioner and the toilet didn't flush consistently.

The staff’s demeanor along with the roaches made this stay the worst stay of my 54 years of life & id never willingl

the location was right beside a couple of nice places that we wanted to stay except they were all booked. so we settled for this place and regretted it upon walking in the door. the roaches were so abundant that I couldn’t stay there. my partner tried to tough it out because of the late hour of our arrival, but couldn’t as roaches had completely taken over this room. it was gross and I’d never EVER stay in a place run by these people. they also have Summertime Suites and Napoli. Both equally F’d up as staff leaves tools and all types of dangerous things in common areas of the “resort” & seem to hate cleaning the rooms. Mopping the floor and leaving hair in the sinks, debris in the fridge and simply not cleaning the stove are all unacceptable actions on my part that led to the decision to never give these assholes money again. that’s all they seem to care about, collecting money and making minorities feel akward and unwanted at their establishments. I’ll never waste money with these horrible opinionated people & strongly suggest that don’t either. it was a joke during both of our stays. like I told her, I’m embarrassed for them in addition to being offended not a little, but completely offended by the Owner. She made us feel, less than. That should never be the case where you spend money, I choose to spend money elsewhere and you should too.

Quiet, cozy and relaxing!

Quiet, cozy motel at a great price, that is right down the road from the beach. The rooms are huge, clean and completely stocked with everything you could possibly need. They really thought of everything!!

great experience - highly recommend

so close to the beach - the staff was friendly and helpful. it was not crowded. you received new sheets and towels daily which is not always the case these days. with the sand, it was nice to have the room cleaned daily. there were multiple pools that were well kept and other outdoor spaces to stay and enjoy time at the motel, but you are also a quick walk from places and the beach. We tried all of their restaurant recommendations and each one was excellent!

there is nothing to complain about. It was clean, pretty comfy, great AC, we saw a few bugs but are positive they came from outside. it was a great place, especially for the money. Excellent place to vacation.

Superb

Everything it was very cleaned staff Amazing

Just parking for 1 car and I pay 50 dollar for one night for another car… because we are two guess but we found in the hotel so we have two cars. In other place I pay 20$ or I can find a Parckind lot cheaper than that.

A nice place for a great price that got us to relax.

The location is exceptional! There is an oven which helps when you do not like to eat out; a lot. This and the other 2 sister properties are always clean. The sister properties are Summerland Suites and Napoli Belmar.

The pool had us uncomfortably itchy. The TV did not work but they did change it the next day. The comforters, furniture, and TV’s need to be updated.

Overall very pleasant experience!

Everything went well! Friendly staffs, clean room and an unexpected upgrade to queen size beds. Beautiful location a few minutes away from the beaches. Only draw back parking were very limited.

Parking space was to small, difficult to get out of vehicle after parking. Also, not enought parking was available after 10pm.

Great place

We really enjoyed our stay at Birch Patio. It is spotlessly clean, a quick walk to the beach, the pool is great, and Angela is so nice and helpful! We’ll definitely go back the next time we’re in Ft. Lauderdale.

Plenty of parking but a little precarious when backing out because it was hard to see. Not a huge issue, though, since the street isn’t very busy most of the time.

It was pleasure and my wife said she is ready to come back to stay there again.

Beach is very close in walking distance. Room was cleaned every day. It has kitchen with fridge, stove, coffeemaker, toaster and microwave. For us it was very comfortable. Also we had 2 queen beds in room.

We liked everything.

A bit of Simple and a bit of Charm

This charming hotel had me feeling like I was in Mexico! I liked the charm (older 60's 'ish vibe) and location to beach (2 short blocks). Also easy access to either N or S on A1A restaurants/bars w a bit of a walk. Very clean w fresh paint. Very simple, casual decor. #217 upstairs (no elevator), Bright and spacious Room/Living area (there's a slim view of ocean (!) and when on the bed you see the sky and clouds and a few palm trees; not a high rise). No frills but has the basics. TV, small kitchen table, 3 chairs, full fridge/freezer (no ice maker but has trays), microwave, some silverware, cups, plates, bowls. They provide coffee pot & filters and you provide ground coffee. Window Air cond unit. Entry has armoire w ample hangers. 2 drawers in night stand and space w additional 2 drawers in tv armoire. Bath has shelving unit over toilet and cubbies w plenty(about 10 of 12" x 12" size) of separated spaces. Shower is dark but water pressure is good. This place has a vintage and simple vibe. Pool is quaint, kidney shaped w steps, clean w plenty of chairs/tables and a number of chaise lounges and a waterfall feature. The patio has flowering shrubs and trees. You also have access to a grill. Angela (Owner) is very friendly and receptive! One block down us a lovely shop named Symmetry. David and Lee have a great eye for wonderful vintage and eclectic pieces. Birch Patio Hotel. I did like the charm.

Worry and hassle free stay and great location.

Location and friendly staff. Angela was great and very helpful.

Parking bays are very narrow but at least its free which for that location is a big plus.
