The staff was friendly and helpful, and the location is great. I enjoyed listening to the ocean in my room and on the ba

It was right on the beach, the room was a good size, and I like that there was a full kitchen.

The carpet had gum or candy ground into the carpet which looked dated. The shower curtain had a strange black stain that looked like mold. Neither TV in the room was working, but I wasn’t there to watch TV anyway. The hot tub was down for maintenance for most of my stay, and when it did open, it was full of toddlers even though no one under 14 is supposed to be in it. I tried to buy milk from the store on property and both jugs of milk they had were over a week past date.

Hotel stay from Hell

It was close to the beach

I should have known it would be awful from the check-in experience. The lady kept saying our card wouldn't work. The room was old and outdated. Nothing like the pictures online. The rooms smelled musky and moldy. The floors were dirty, and we didn't want to remove or shoes to even walk on them. They had two TV sitting side by side that seemed like they were hiding something. You couldn't even look in the mirror that was on the wall. We couldn't wait to check out the next morning and go somewhere else better. Worse experience in a long time since going to the beach.

Overall nice resort attention to cleaning details for furniture and the room should be viewed often.

I loved the location to the Beach.

I had dog hair on the sofa in my room and was unable to use it during my stay. I called the attendant came up later in the night. The cleaning attendant came the next morning and no one was able to remove the pet hair.

It was TERRIBLE

Being right by beach & having a balcony was the only positive

Front desk & maintenance very rude. Keys didn’t work. Pictures on site are deceiving. The rooms smell like cigarette smoke. The white building was THE WORST. Pink building still smelled awful too. It was even worse when the AC was running. The rooms were so outdated & gross. Once I got the third room it was 11pm so I wasn’t moving again. I was beyond exhausted. & the TVs never worked. No one even came to fix the TVs because no one was available. I believe it just had no cable in the room. The service sucks! I could go on and on. I would never stay here again or recommend it to anyone. Photos below will be the last room I slept in to the first two that I was given.

It was decent but not sure I would stay at this resort again.

Easy access to the beach.

Need several updates. It took 20 minutes to check in because we could not find any staff working the front desk. We called for extra towels and did not receive them until the next morning when we walked to the office and got them ourselves.

it was okay; however the price they are charging, there should have been breakfast included

hot tub, give you towels per your request

no free breakfast complementary ( means free) not $14.99 for breakfast. resorts owner works on their room while you’re trying to rest; but do not give a courtesy call to let you know that they will be working; making a lot of noises

still don’t know where my deposit is at and it was not bad at all

The room was nice in comparison to others we had been in and was right across from the beach

there were some bugs that we saw later on in our visits but not as bad as it could have been

The room size was nice

The shower the water pressure was awful the shower head was way to small took forever to shower off from being at the beach, a better map of the facility and what all you can use. Online it showed a water park for kids but when we were there I didn’t know where that was to be able to take them

Good

Location was great, pools great, employees was outstanding, I had came with family had an incident that left me out my room at 2am without a car. The employees and security as well was so helpful and kind too me. Once I got a new room. There was no water I when I tried to shower so I laid down and apparently did not shut the shower off correctly and woke up to a flooded room. Although they had many reasons to be upset with me they still treated me with the utmost respect and kind.

The rooms was a little rundown and definitely could use good scrubbings.
