The staff were kind and prompt. The bed was comfy. They had a refrigerator.
Not serving breakfast after advertising for it was deceitful. The place is continuing to use COVID as an excuse to not allow the lobby to be used, to serve food, or provide cleaning or basic house keeping responsibilities. They had me walk down to the front office to get an additional roll of toilet paper. They don't currently offer tissues, they make you bring them your dirty towels to get new ones. They didn't offer housekeeping once during the 4 nights I was there even though they said they'd do it 1x. Overall, the facilities are looking poorly kept and the experience the same for a disease that is no longer a concern. They need staff willing to work to make the stay enjoyable.

Room was nice and clean, had good air conditioner, TV. Not fancy or anything, but everything worked. No bugs or evidence of any vermin.
I really don't have any complaints, it was a little older looking, but everything was clean, beds were comfy, fridge worked, bathroom clean. And you couldn't beat the price. Neighborhood is kind of industrial, but I didn't feel unsafe or anything.

Never got room cleaned or fresh linen during my 3 day stay .If I could have had anyone understand my English for fresh towels or bedding I would have did it myself.
Communication between housekeeping get a lot of looks and stares no response

Conveniently located close to the highway. Very nice staff.
Ramshackle motel with tiny beds. The flooring had gaps and weird purple stains. Tiny bathroom with stained wall. Ventilation didn't work. Weird stains on the bedsheets. Very narrow beds, hard for two people to make do sharing one. Overall pretty uncomfortable of a stay that wasn't worth the money.

The room was clean and comfortable. The wifi was good. The staff was friendly.
For the age of the property and inconvenience of the check in window, (no actual lobby welcome), the price should have been $50 per night lower. Instead of a bullet proof glass check-in that takes place in a tiny room, they should hire a security guard. That same window had to be approached to ask for coffee in the lobby that is locked and secure, even on a business day morning. The whole experience made me feel like I had landed in a high-risk location and it was very unwelcoming. There was no breakfast as advertised on the website.
