Great location, bed was pretty comfortable, couch bed had no bedding and mattress was dirty, ants on the night stand.

Very convenient location for Kings Island

They don’t seem to want to give you cream and sugar for your coffee! Also, woke up to ants on the night stand.

Rooms were clean and up to date

Elevator was broken, which they told us before hand, we still decided to stay. The mattresses kept sliding off of the beds when you move. Hotel staff started knocking on doors right at check out time asking if we were checking out.. as we're trying to walk out the door. Also got a call about a complaint regarding our ONE year old.. staff was very buggy.. probably wouldn't stay again.

Everything you look for in a motel. I thought I was a one of those Richy hotels it was so nice!!

The staff went over and beyond for not only my wife and I but for for every guest. It was definitely a home away from home. Ms Dee (Gm) and trusty side kick amie are now considered family in my book...give them..no give the entire staff raises!!!! They deserve it.

There isn't a dang thing I didn't like!!

Rude staff, they told my nephews the pool was closed after they swam all day yesterday. We left for dinner came back and there was people in the pool. We only booked the hotel for the indoor pool so they could have fun while their mom was in the hospital giving birth to their sister. As we were taking our stuff to the car to check out the next day the employee tried to be funny and say hey the pools open now. As it is literally time to check out. Way to make a kid sad. Also we had to go out and buy towels and wash rags because the hotels are YELLOW. Disgusting. And our socks were black from walking on the floors.

dirty and moldy smell to room. also left a item in room after check out when I called to see if they had the item in less than 8 hrs after leaving they stated they already disposed of my item in the trash with no call or time to try to claim said left behind item.

Absolutely will not stay again. Focus on repairs and people visiting and not just people long term

Location was the best thing

Kids screaming all night, dogs barking throughout the night. Bathrooms need serious repairs. Smoke detector was missing, with wire hanging out of the wall. Seems to cater to people living there versus people just visiting there. Will not stay there again, no matter the value.

it was clean.

there was a lot of individuals outside all day long sitting in their vehicles or by the doors made it uncomfortable.Also they went through my trash after I checked out and because I had a cup with ashes in it they charged me $60 for a deposit even tho I didn’t smoke in the room. I smoked outside but didn’t want to throw my butts on the ground.
