Disappointing

Fortunately, the price of the hotel makes up for the short changes of everything else.

The hotel is dingey and dirty, the sheets had holes in them, all of the beds are concaved in the middle, and creak and squeak with ANY movement. When we asked for more towels after the housekeeper took 2 of our dirty ones and didn’t replace them, the front desk lady said there were no extra towels in the entire hotel. They also charged my card for the entire amount as soon as we checked in, even though that was not communicated to us and is not the norm.

The pool was closed and they ran out of towels on our last day so we had to use our own (which we had brought expecting to have a pool)

Good

Walked into the room and the A/C was already on and kicking cold air out. That was a plus after 5hrs of driving and a hot 90° day.

Went down for breakfast 2 out of our 3 days. Went an hour before breakfast ended thinking that would be early enough to still get some food, but the breakfast was out of pretty much everything, with no sight of more being on the way, despite there being an hour of breakfast left with plenty of guests there.

Very nicely decorated, modern, clean carpets, comfortable bed with lots of pillows. bathroom was clean. Easy check in. right off the highway with plenty of amenities and restaurants

The bed was caved in and uncomfortable, renovations that were done were of poor quality, key card stopped working multiple times, wi down opened on the 6th floor, one weight of each on the gym.

Pleasnat night and a great location. Great value for the money we spent.

The room was comfortable. The side entry door was faulty but we worked around that and dropped my wife at the front door and she met me at the side parking door and let me in.

Everything else was fairly good. Bought snacks at the front desk. Could have used a smoking area away from the parking lot entrance, the entry and elevator smelled heavily of smoke, we believe from the work crews staying there.

Seemed a little better this time around,

The room was a little better this time, everything was as expected from previous stays. The breakfast was great, a lot better than expected. The location is convenient for my needs and right off the interstate.

Fitness room! I actually had the opportunity to use it this time around. Half the dumbells were missing?

Overall decent price for stay

Easy access, a lot of shopping and food around the area. The room was pleasant overall. Unfortunately did not have time to use the facilities but I remember them being nice on my last visit.

Road traffic is a bit noisy, even on the fifth floor. The staff checking me in was busy talking on his air pods the whole time. The bed was very uncomfortable.

that when we looked out side there was a broken desk or dresser & the pool was gross! we thought it had an indoor pool..
