All the coffee, juice etc machines were broken. Breakfast was white bread not toasted and two types of cereal with a gallon of milk with less thanna half in it.
Terrible. When we arrived we checked into the room. I went to shower and realized the door wouldn't lock from the inside. So I went back up to the front window to let the guy know we needed another room. He seemed pissed off and said he didn't understand why I needed my room to lock from the inside. When I told him I wanted a different room he said he would just refund me and I could go somewhere else. I told him no, I wanted it fixed. He called out for his maintenance guy and started yelling and cussing at him. Telling him to get his A$$ down now and other vulgar things. Then once the maintaince guy fixed that 30 minutes later (he was extremely nice and helpful. We apologized for how he was spoken to) we walked outside to 3 cops because someone had stolen a trailer and parked it there(it was there when we arrived). We left and came back from the event we were attending and witnesses several illegal transactions in the parking lot and someone in their car literally Smoke a crack pipe then proceed to sleep with their alarm going off for about a hour. Wake back up Smoke and then sleep for the night. We slept by the door with a gun. The next mornijg at checkout i went to check out the "free breakfast" it was inside a employees only office and was literally white bread, half a gallon milk and 2 cereals. Next time I will spend the extra to avoid this.

Nothing . Horrible, run down and sketchy. To be honest, we didn't stay. We checked in, went to our event, and only came back to get our deposit and return the key.
Sketchy,, dirty, run down and not in the best area of Charlotte. The room two doors down from us looked like someone had busted the door down. Other rooms had boarded up windows. I'd feel safer sleeping in my car at a rest stop.

Staff was friendly property was clean quiet during the night.
I was staying there due to renovations on my home and I didn't like the fact that I couldn't have any visitors. My friends and family couldn't bring me food or come visit or anything. Now I completely understand if I paid for one person to stay there and I was letting people spend the night in my room but that was not the case

next to highway
kind of looks like its taken more like an apartment complex more than a hotel, and smell of weed is too much

The staff was very friendly and having daily housekeeping was great. The bed was very comfortable and I got the rest I desperately needed.
I wish there were more tv channels but I was able to watch some of my favorite channels so it wasn't a big deal. .

This motel needs private security. We didn’t even get to go into lobby to check in. We had to wait in line on the outside to get to a window to check in. There were people fighting half the night going up and down the sidewalk hollering. There were vehicles hit while they were parked In the parking lot. We ended up leaving at 530 am because I was afraid to keep staying there. Don’t stay here unless you have nerves of steel.. we got 3 hours sleep that night.

Be prepared to leave a cash deposit at the check in window. If you're looking for drugs you found the place. Burn marks all over the tub. The worse overpowering smell upon entering the room. Not being familiar with the area I should have known better for the price. Lesson learned.

My door didn't lock, the bathrooms had no ventilation, the ac units compressor was failing, the ceiling looked like it was going to fall in on us, and there was mold growing in the bathroom.

ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!!!
The area. The facilities. The extraneous, shady traffic in the parking lot.
Once I arrived in the parking lot I was immediately turned off. I apparently just donated $75.73 to this place because after seeing the area, the characters hanging out in the parking lot, the layout of the exterior of the building, and what appeared to be bulletproof glass at the locked lobby area where all transactions had to be done from outside, I used the Hotwire app and booked another room at a different hotel.
I grew up in the projects and fought my way out and vowing to never return to live there again. This place looked like rundown housing project and I felt like a future crime victim just being there.
This place is waaaaaasy overpriced and a two star rating is excessively high.

Close to the airport . Lots of parking . Next to gas station to fill up rental car.
Didn’t feel safe. Lock on opposite side of door was pulled apart. Outlets were melted. Bed had weird stains etc. Was asked for a 25 dollar non refundable payment to have a non smoking room which seemed… weird .

It was close to the concert I was attending.
There were people standing around everywhere. The shower was disgusting with rust everywhere. There was a blood stain underneath one of the mattresses. The paint was very poorly done with clear areas that had once had holes in the wall. It is not in the best area of town.

I'm so happy with the price, location, cleanliness and niceness of the staff and hotel. Oh, the pillows were phenomenal too.

The furniture was out dated and run down. The room was dull. The sheets had stains on them. The young man in the office was rude.
