Coffee maker was not working properly
Add continental breakfast

Clean , comfortable room arrangement.
They didn’t have an ash tray for me to smoke in the room , even though it was a smoking room. I had to use one of the coffee cups as an ash tray.

Everything and everyone were perfect great restaurants great drinks and the location is perfect
We were getting dressed just finished showering security knocks on the door says there was an alarm looks at the wall. Don’t say anything then leaves kind of awkward and uncomfortable.

It’s a beautiful place with lots services . People are very nice.
On the west tower the TV it’s very old .

Nice location.
Not very much help at the front desk

Nothing
Customer service was terrible. My son cut his foot on the broken tile in our bathroom. We notified security who was beyond rude asking if we needed an ambulance when we responded no we where then told well you can't be hurt that bad and hung up on. We finally got a bandaid and our room changed after a hour of complaining . At check out was told we were charged for the room we where moved to and an additional $73 for unknown charges on top of the cost already paid for the room, AC charges and security fees . We never return to this facility or recommend.

Upgraded room due to major issue with first room. Well satisfied with the arrangement. The room was clean and had a great view of the ocean. Plenty of room for activities!
Due to the size of the room, the TV's could have been larger to accommodate the size. I do not like not having a microwave available. Just the simple reheating of coffee would have been nice.
The elevators need attention. The algorithm or mapping is horrible. 5 elevators and you had to wait 10-15 min each time. Then many were heavily packed. People were prompted to hit the down and up buttons just to get one to open. Then many times you would get on one going down just to go up. There should be 2 dedicated to the first busiest floors Lobby - Pool level 6. Then 3 dedicated to 7 through 25. One up and down. Then the other 2 having one up and one down. It can be done but what you have is a complete cluster.
The indoor pools at least should be open until at least 8pm and one until 9-10pm. Closing all pools at 5pm and 6pm is ridiculous. The one indoor pool had so many "floaties" it was disgusting. The outdoor Chelsea pool was nice but absolutely frigid. Only one person besides myself got in. Testing the water and immediately said no way. My wife wouldn't touch it.
Lastly, the Chelsea pool area was a joke the second day. We went up at 1pm. There were about 20 people in total there and the attendant said he needed to inform us that the bar seating and high table seats were free. The lounge chairs were $10 each. The Lounge sofas were $50 each and the Cabana was $100. While I could understand on a weekend perhaps, holidays or just busy in general this would apply and would be appropriate. But this was Wednesday and nobody was there (including us because well, to charge just for the sake of charging...NO!). Perhaps a better option would be charge all the time or for a certain period of time. A certain capacity level reached and then charge. Or, even better, have rental chairs and sofas always available for an extra charge, a different color perhaps to distinguish.

The hotel was overbooked and it took two hours to get checked-in. We ended up in a room with not enough bed space. We were promised a rollaway and extra linens that never arrived. We were given a "view" room but the windows were so dirty you could barely see through them. The bathroom amenities weren't enough for two people. Zero counter space and their were pieces to the shower on the floor. All of the emailed links and kiosks didn't work for check-in or check-out.

Sothy at the reception was great helping me each time and Rochelle was great as well.
I reserved 2 rooms, 1 with 2 queens and 1 with a King with no carpet in the rooms. When I arrived, I checked in and was giving my room keys for both rooms. We were staying on the West wing so we had a little ways to walk from the reception desk. Once we got to the rooms, both rooms had 2 queens in each and both had carpet so I had to walk all the way back to reception and wait in the long line for check ins. I then again received 2 new sets of keys for new rooms. Walk all the way back to the new rooms and they both smelled like complete smoke from cigarettes even though this was supposed to be a smoke free hallway. Once again had to walk back to reception and wait in line once again. we all changed rooms for a 3rd time. The AC/Heat did not work properly in the King room and I had placed a North Face pull over on the floor and forgot to pick it and in the morning it was drenched with leaking water from the Old AC unit which had water damage to the walls as well and Woke up to water on the floor by both night stands. So once again had to go back to the reception desk and get a new room. Sothy who worked at reception was great. She was overworked and had no help with those long lines each time I was up there. Sothy moved us to a different tower at this point. So a total of 4 rooms in 2 days out of the 4 we were there. We couldn't enjoy our weekend because we were too busy packing and unpacking, to walking back and forth to the reception area for 2 days and the kids were tired of it at this point as well. The rooms in the West Tower are so outdated. We got moved to the Havana Tower which was better.

Took a long time walking to get to the room and back to the casino. Horrible, horrible.

We did not have breakfast. The room was beautiful. However, there was crumbs from the previous people on the carpet, and it was very noticeable.
Housekeeping knocked and walked right in immediately at 9 AM. We had to tell them it was too early and we were not ready.

We enjoyed the casino, the food selection, and the proximity to the beach. Took Google directions the book-it app to the hotel. We accidentally found valet parking. They were very nice and ur was worth the money.
The room was in Chelsea tower. I honestly thought tropicana would have better accommodations. It was old a dated and a mission to get to. From the casino escalator to the 5-floor elevator, to walk across a bridge while passing the old days in, then take another elevator to the 14th-floor. The room was musty and I'm meticulous so of course I saw dust ingrained in the headboard, cigarette burns on the bathroom wall and on the furniture. I asked for a non smoking room. But, my reservation selection stated smoking. The attendant asked her supervisor for assistance since there were no non smoking rooms available. That's the reason we were placed there. I believe it was either the same room I reserved or an old smoking room that hadn't been used in awhile. Either was my asthma pump came in handy, although I woke up swollen and phlegmie till I left.

Everything was nice and clean staff was very helpful.
We were suppose to have one bed in are room.

Plenty of options and things to do.
The ceiling in the shower was peeling. The plug between the lights between the beds did not work. There was a giant square hole behind the night stand with a receptacle. Other than that it was nice.
3.5
All of the different places to eat and shop.
We really miss Jackpot Block Party slot machine. We used a slot machine locator app and it said Tropicana had it but they didn't.

The casino floor was nice.
It was hard to find our rooms at first because our ticket said 20th floor but it was really the penthouse so that was confusing. I was really excited to be in a penthouse suite but became immediately unimpressed because I’ve had way grander rooms that were not considered suites in other hotels along the boardwalk. I feel like Tropicana makes way too much money for their rooms to have stained carpeting and no icebox or vending machines on the top floor. Outside of that, the food at this Carmine’s location was not to my personal liking. We ending up taking everything to go and dumping it. We found Pizata in a pinch but paid between $30 to $55 for 2 tiny pizzas and some waters (ridiculous). I would gamble here but I would never stay here again, for sure.

A tv do quarto não funciona bem e fica muito longe da cama

It was right on the boardwalk/beach
The room was dirty, smelled like weed and stale cigarettes, was cold, even after trying to turn down the air and it was very loud all night, like a dryer with shoes in it was going all night long in our room!! In fact the whole west tower hallway to our room smelled like weed and it was like seeping into our room through the air vents or something. Basically it was disgusting! The hotel rooms are very outdated and need a good cleaning. Would NOT stay there again!!
