Not 5 stars, but a nice place never the less

Pool right outside the room. Quiet and clean building

One restaurant that could ‘cope with the people staying, regularly had lines at breakfast and a limited menu - this was a 5 star hotel.

Location was good

Dated rooms, doors slam, door lock was broken, cardboard coffee cups.

Signature Hyatt at high rates

Comfortable room

Hidden fees. Noisy location next to freeway. Noise from pool till 1 am.

Great stay! The staff were amazing and so sweet! I would re-book!

It was a gorgeous location, that had a beautiful amount of morning sun.

Disappointing

Hotel was old and needed up grading. Not the same quality it was 10 years ago.

Dogs were everywhere, barking in the rooms and in every facility on site. They should have designated hotel rooms for pets and enforce rules about lease and where the animals relieve themselves. Facilities appeared old and in need of refurbishment, not Hyatt Regency quality or value.

For a Hyatt I expected much more

It was tired. Room service very limited: eg could not even get a plate of French fries No bath robes even on request as they had run out!

Pleasant

Golf course was nice! but first they gave us a pool view which was not pleasant and lot of noise from the pool

Patio we were told was literally out of the room wi th two chairs, it’s wasn’t a Balcony or anything .

The hallway had a mildew smell. The property elevator access was terribly designed and small. They property badly needs upgrades. Thank you

Great stay for Families, you won't regret!

Great location, quiet and spaced perfectly for local adventures. Staff was best staff I've experienced in a hotel super friendly and made our stay amazing. The Buffet Breakfast was awesome and the juicing machine was a hit for the kids. The pool and games were also perfect for the kids. Also located within minutes from Monterey Wharf, Carmel, 17 mile drive, and Big Sur, so many fun things to do for all! Definitely will stay here again in the future.

Would ask for a middle room as the ends are located close to the outside door which sometimes make noise anytime when opened and closed.

Hyatt facilities as expected, felt it was a little overpriced though

Room good size comfortable in room facilities, location convenient for my purposes

booked a Balcony room (4 night stay) very disappointed to be looking at the car park, also on a middle floor and could hear every footstep of people on higher floors

The coffee didn’t have flavor options

Ordered a salted caramel latte and the attendant said “We are not Starbucks”. Wow….a little rude.

the property was absolutely beautiful. I enjoyed my stay immensely, the staff was so wonderful and friendly and they sent some gifts to my room as well.

The hotel was lovely.

The room was comfortable and enjoyable. The staff was top notch and helpful with everything.

The hallway to my room needs improvement. The carpet needs to be replaced, paint needs refreshing, and cleaned.
