Location was good and the property was okay, but I'd look for a friendlier vibe next time.

Check-in was easy, parking was plentiful, and the room was spacious, attractively decorated, and clean. Appreciated the mini-fridge. Breakfast was not great but adequate.

This hotel had one of the most unfriendly attitudes I've ever encountered as a traveler. While checking in, I had to sign an agreement that they could do whatever they wanted with my possessions if I wasn't in the room at check-out time. The entire parking garage was papered with signs saying that parking was at my own risk and unpermitted cars would be towed. I guess they've had some bad experiences with guests, but all this seemed over the top. There is no daily housekeeping and you have to ask at the desk for clean towels. The beds were rock-hard and the room, even though it was on the second floor, had a window that was below street level. The elevator was briefly out of order one morning -- hopefully that's not a common occurrence.

Très déçu par l’hôtel. Heureusement qu’on y est pas resté.

Pas grand chose malheureusement et pourtant nous ne recherchions pas le grand luxe. La piscine est agréable lorsqu’il n’y a pas plus de 2 famille.

L’hôtel est en bord de route et notre chambre donnait sur un carrefour de fort passage. Le bruit des voitures (surtout aux US) est continuel. Les fenêtres n’étant pas doublées, les nuits ont été courtes (2 nuits). La chambre (205) était sombre et une odeur d’humidité a subsisté malgré le forçage de la vmc. Hôtel vraiment pas au niveau du prix demandé.

Schönes Motel in zentraler Lage

Schönes Motel in zentraler Lage. Eine Shopping Mall liegt genau gegenüber. Fisherman‘s Wharf, 17 Mile Drive usw. sind nach kurzer Autofahrt zu erreichen.

Leider war der Aufzug defekt.

Kostenloses Frühstück und gute Parkmöglichkeiten alles sehr gepflegt mit schönem Blumen Garten

Heizung / Klimaanlage war ein bisschen laut sonst alles OK

Perfect for a quick trip!

Very clean good sized rooms. Had waters and tea and coffee facilities. Really lovely.

Showers could have been updated a little bit. But not a huge concern

Warm pool the jacuzzi was definitely a plus ! And the upper lower floor suite was a surprise

The breakfast area is to small. Should state that breakfast snacks are included not a full breakfast , as many expect eggs bacon etc.

Next time we visit Monterey, we’ll try another hotel.

Easy parking, pool/hot tub

TV didn’t work at first, “Deluxe King Room” not to my expectations…old furniture, no table, uncomfortable chair, hard mattress and pillows…breakfast mostly carbs. Not what I expected for the amount of money I paid.

Very decent. I would totally stay here again.

I loved how big room was the bathrooms were clean, beds were made nicely, gave great free hotel amenities. Would definitely stay here again.

The ice machine wasn’t on every floor, no AC in the upper unit only downstairs so it was really warm.

It was okay for the 2 nights we were there. Would not book it again if travel to the area.

A bit pricey for the accommodations - stayed downtown SF for the same price at a much newer and cleaner resort style hotel.

The room with a fireplace was nice. The breakfast was good and the woman who works the breakfast room was very nice and attentive.

The room smelled of bleach. The breakfast room could be updated. It feels very old. The woman at the front desk was not very friendly.

The location was perfect and the parking garage was awesome.

The shower drain was clogged, the ceiling had water stains, and the corner had paint peeling off the ceiling.

The breakfast were good. A variety of items. Also, we enjoyed the fireplace since we were in Monterey on such gloomy days.

I would have loved to have had a desk. I brought my computer to so some genealogy. I asked the office if I could borrow a table and was told they didn't have any. So I didn't do any computer work which was a diappointment. Also, maintenance was doing some construction work in a room close by and we could hear all the hammering and sanding for several hours. This went on the week we were there!

Rooms were clean, breakfast was ok, hot tub good…but very disappointed in our room

We rented a family suite with 2 bedrooms . No where in the photos of the room or the description of the room did it say that the second bedroom was upstairs. The stairs were very steep. The second bedroom with steep stairs was a complete surprise. Luckily one of us was able to negotiate the stairs . However , the hotel should have advertised that the second bedroom was upstairs …we would not have chosen the room if we knew it had stairs. Also, the first bedroom was not sell contained …it was the main room and the bed was a pull down “Murphy “ bed. When the bed was pulled down , it came within mere inches of a desk area and it was difficult to squeeze by.

Close by to my travel destinations. My room had a spa.

This was my second time here. When I first stayed here, I was told that cleaning the room was upon request due to short staff, not quiet sure if that’s why. So when I stayed here for the second time, I was never told that it was still upon request. I stayed for 2 nights. So since I was never told about it, I thought they changed their rules or policies about it, so I was expecting my room to be clean the next day while I was out for the whole day. Came back at night and towels were never changed, still soaking wet. trash bins were all full and it was starting to smell since I had trash of to go boxes in there. They did not have enough towels either, especially that my room had a spa. I was disappointed about the cleanliness.

It was great for one night, but needs some work.

Across the road from a shopping precinct. A continental breakfast was kindly offered.

While room was clean and tidy, it was more run-down then expected. The fireplace was a nice touch, but did not warm the room up at all.
