Never stay again

A dog barking in another room for a good ten minutes , then at around 1 am - 2am someone in hallway pounding on a door

See above also the breakfast should have been included

Nice place , a little pricey.

Clean and convenient location

The staff was a little rude initially and was telling me I booked two rooms (which I didn’t) and that if they don’t sell the room I’ll have to pay for both. Luckily that didn’t end up happening.

Provided a clean comfortable room.

My husband has a walking disability. Front desk was very kind changing our room to first floor accommodations.

No free coffee in the lobby - only Starbucks coffee that would have to be purchased.

I travel to Red Bank at least twice a year. I will not be booking this hotel again.

clean convenient

for the price of over $300 a night, I expected at least a plastic glass in the room. The room was equipped with the bare minimum, comparable to a motel 6.

disappointing

Shuttle service to wedding venue (Shadowbrook)

There was an infestation of stink bugs. Probably about 15-20. Called several times and spoke with the front desk manager and facilities person who attempted to help vaccine/clean. It was beyond helping. Still, had to leave at 4am to drive an hour home. I was very disappointed but the manager credited my stay and was very apologetic.

Hotel was good for a needed place to sleep in between full days at a weekend concert in Asbury Park-

Location worked well for us - diner was 10 minutes away for breakfast - staff was great and were able to accommodate our request for early check in

Best sleep in a long time and the morning Starbucks coffee in the lobby was great.

Loved the comfortable bed. Really enjoyed the communal space by the lobby with the fireplace and the Starbucks!

More food options. Update the bathroom. Safe deposit into the room.

I booked 2 rooms for a wedding and I was told I couldn’t get the wedding discount the rooms were taken even though the date was weeks before then the day after the wedding after I checked out I found out someone booked the room 3 days after me and got the wedding break, to me this is unacceptable. I booked I believe 3/9 and they did either 3/11 or 3/13

Exceptional

The room was very clean. And the shower was hot. After a long day, this is the most important attribute of your room.

The only thing that I can comment on was regarding the prepaid breakfast. The front desk called me at 9:00pm to remind me. When I ordered breakfast in the am, there was not a record of it. It was a quick fix but wondered why there was a miscommunication.

We've stayed here once or twice a year. We've never had any problems.

The staff were friendly and helpful. It's the closest hotel to our family in Shrewsbury.

we would have been happier with a walk-in shower in the bath.
