Not fancy but perfectly fine hotel—about what I expected for the price point.

Very helpful, friendly staff. Location convenient to the medical center. Clean. Nice to have a living space separate from the bedroom - no door in between the two rooms but they are separated by kitchen area/bathroom so some privacy. Decent hot breakfast included. Plenty of parking (but had to pay for it).

Pool was basic with 6-8 lounge chairs but only 1 side table. Water was greenish. They sent a maintenance guy right away when I questioned the water, and he said it needed chemicals (but if he treated it, we wouldn't be able to use it for several hours) but assured me it was safe to go in. I did with no ill effects. Bed/pillows were okay but not super comfortable, and water pressure in shower almost blew me against the wall - LOL.

Excellent stay well worth the money

The location is excellent walking distance to NRG stadium as well has shuttle service to the location. Breakfast was excellent room was spacious.

If I had to pull hairs it would be paying for parking

The breakfast was pretty good. The rooms were comfy and spacious. The staff was super friendly. They have a shuttle that takes people in a 2 mile radius of the hotel for free.

The AC wasn't as cold as I like but it was not uncomfortable. I didn't know there was a parking fee but it was reasonable.

Greeted and immediately felt welcomed and not a burden. We were early as we wanted to get ready for the concert we trave

Close to everything we wanted, walking distance to NRG but had an available shuttle, easy to get to, gated & monitored parking.

Seriously, everything was great especially the staff. So so so friendly and helpful and amazing.

Great stay

Really close to NRG Stadium. Took us about 12 mins to walk there. The rooms were great. Super cold AC which is always a good thing. They have access gates for the parking lot which is really nice. Definitely coming back.

My only complaint would be the breakfast. Not much of a selection. Some sausage patties and they had packaged waffles that u could put in a toaster. But a waffle/pancake maker would definitely make a difference. Not a deal breaker though. Will definitely come back.
