Except for the fee for parking and towels refreshed every other day, we were happy with everything else.

Breakfast was excellent, as was the staff, It was very clean.

paying for parking. We made our reservation in May when parking was free. We were told that didn’t matter we had to pay now.Housekeeping every other day.

Not happy , disappointing, unacceptable

1) Inaccurate pics of the room 2)loud ac noise 3)low water pressure 4)mattress was uncomfortable 5) breakfast real bad. food was cold , They rationed everything including wrapping bread singly. Real bad coffee 6) big sign”no breakfast in your room” WHAT ! 10 dollar a night parking 11. ask to me moved bc of description of room was inaccurate 12.lip stick lotion in the bathroom 13. Closet very hard to get to 14, sewer smell outside the front doors in the morning

Comfortable, but could have been better with simple steps.

Location was central to many of the sights and sites we wanted to visit. The beds and room were comfortable.

The breakfast was not good. The oatmeal was watery and not fresh looking. The vegetarian sausage smelled like dog food and could not be eaten, the pork sausage seemed undercooked. Our first morning, the coffee tasted like sour water had been used. We travel frequently are usually find hotel breakfast to be a pleasant surprise, so this was an unpleasant shock. When I brought it up to the manager, she explained that the kitchen was small and explained the days that food gets ordered, but no apology was offered. The breakfast hostess was grumpy and not at all welcoming of questions from myself or other guests during the morning service. On the subsequent mornings, we just got the juices and coffee for the “complimentary breakfast.” The eggs were also not good. In the room, mildew was on the bathroom ceiling. This was also shocking for what seemed like a fairly new building. I noted too that a couple was offered water upon check in; however, I had not been offered water on check-in. My family has traveled quite a bit internationally and domestically, so I feel our expectations post-COVID are fair for the money we are spending.

Wonderful stay.

This was our first time staying at a SpringHill Suites and it definitely won’t be the last. Everything was wonderful. The staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms were very clean and super comfortable. There were plenty of other guest but there was no bothersome noise. We felt very comfortable and safe staying here. The complimentary breakfast was delicious too.

The rooms were perfectly designed, very friendly staff and plenty of parking close to shopping and dining.

Most of the staff was polite and helpful.

Room is not made daily and when asked the cleaning ladies say they will do it but don't actually do it. Odd policy if it's not the regular practice to make the room daily specially for the price. Set up for breakfast due to the ongoing construction also not ideal.

It was a nice hotel, but unfortunately, it was difficult for our family during renovation.

The staff was nice and the room was remodeled and very comfortable.

The property was being renovated and there was extreme noise. At 7:20 am I was startled awake by jack hammers and loud pounding. I was there because my husband had passed away and I was staying with my daughters, their husbands, and my grandchildren. The second night my one daughter’s family had been delayed at the airport and didn’t arrive until 3:30 am. I asked them to please not start so early. They did not start till 10 am! That was really appreciated. I did however, have to take the baby to another location for his nap time.

The location to Annapolis and the shopping district is excellent!

Door locks operated very weirdly. They should just invest in all new locks. Also virtually no desirable outdoor patio space.

Friendly staff, good amenities, and comfortable beds at a reasonable price.

This property is conveniently located close to the mall, restaurants, stores, and downtown, but it is set back on a quiet road. Staff is always friendly. Beds and pillows are among the most comfortable of any hotels I’ve stayed at.

The hotel 's lobby is under renovate. Hotel had informed in advance. When we arrived, It didn't bother us at all. Breakfast is great. Room is just renovated, look so new and smell good. Very cheerful front desk, Thank you so much!

1) the room was smoky, it was like someone had been smoking in it for several hours; 2) dirty carpets in the room; 3) the bathroom facilities (bathtub, sink etc.) were not crystal clean either

The location was perfect, I was only a couple of miles away from the things I needed to do. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The price was decent and the room was nice.

The bed and pillows were something left to be desired. The bed itself was extremely lumpy, hard on my bad back and the pillows were not comfortable. The breakfast bar, could have been better, the pastry was dry and the sausage did not taste like a sausage.

The rooms are very old and outdated and were not cleaned thoroughly. The sofa and table in my room were very dirty and stained. I checked out early because I didn’t sleep well due to the loud noises throughout the night.

Staff was friendly. We were able to check in to our 1st room even though our 2nd room wasn't ready yet.

The breakfast sausage was soggy and mushy. The dining area tables weren't cleaned after a large team left to go to an event.
