It was a great property for a one night stay before our cruise.

It was a nice clean property that suited our needs.

The pool was inoperable when we were there. Not a dislike, but they were in process of redoing the rooms.

I’ve never stayed in a hotel by Marriott that looked and felt like this one. If I had another option, I wouldn’t choose

We arrived a little late for check in due to unforeseen matters. When got there we were told that our reservation had been cancelled. We thought this was crazy since we were set to check in on Thursday and we arrived on Thursday only to be told our reservations had been cancelled. After a little back and forth, the night clerk was able to get us back into our reservation without any further delay. I didn’t get her name, she was an African American lady (I hate describing her that way) but she was amazing!!! Fairfield certainly has a jewel in this employee.

It was old!!! We got our keys and went to our rooms. As we approached our room, you could IMMEDIATELY smell cigarette smoke. I have asthma and sever allergies and the smoke really kicked it into gear. There was no hiding it at all. I immediately called the front desk to let them know. I can tell you that nothing was done because you could still small it and it happened again the next day - Friday. The rooms are very very old. The window in my room leaked, thankful we didn’t have a torrential downpour. The towels left for us, a couple were dirty. The bedding in one of the beds was written on with a pen. We just took it off of the bed. Not to mention the beds were so hard and stiff.

The stay was not at all to my expectations.

It was clean

Breakfast was horrible, bed very uncomfortable, area was very sketchy. Went to Ruby Tuesday and actually was nervous. P.s. food was absolutely disgusting, but not hotel's fault. A different guest contaminated the flavored water station. I told front desk and she just smirked.

Many parts of this stay were excellent. There were a few glitches.

The breakfast was fine, but would’ve been nicer if there had been some bacon or sausage.

They need more help, as does everyone else these days. I tried to call from the airport to get a ride to the hotel and the poor Herried desk employee could not answer the phone, wait on people and do it all at the same time. The phone rang and rang and rang, and when he finally answered, he was unable to help me because he had people at the desk. This is unacceptable. Once we finally did get through, he provided excellent service, but the poor man was simply not able to take care of all the demands on his time and efforts. Secondly, there is no restaurant in the hotel. We had no car. There was no restaurant to walk to unless we went to one of the neighboring hotels. It was rainy and cold, so that wasn’t an attractive option. We ended up eating frozen lasagna from the Fairfield Inn Freezer marketplace.

Nice hotel, clean, convenient. Friendly professional front desk staff. Cookies on the front desk!

Only Decaf coffee in the morning before we left at 5am. REALLY needed caf. Man vacuuming the hall outside our room at 6pm was very smelly. Was weird that he was there at that time also.

Nice and affordable

Very nice and clean. Not too far from the cruise port. Staff was very nice and polite. Nice selection for breakfast. Very close to everything.

Good enough for our needs

Nice staff, easy shuttle from airport, good breakfast. We enjoyed the pool. Allowed my parents to park car on property while away on cruise for $5 per day

Room smelled musty and was outdated. When we arrived the computer system was down so they messed up the room charges and I got 2 rooms on my card

Does not come close to my expectations for a Fairfield Inn. Ratings shown are way too high.

Breakfast was OK. Choices were limited. Bananas were overripe, sausage selections were not ID'd as whether pork or Turkey. Scrambled eggs good, no potatoes

1st room TV did not work and AC did not work . 2nd room AC worked and TV worked but had poor reception. Area in general looked seedy. Always suspect of signs disclaiming responsibility for auto damage or loss. Property needs update. Desk chairs in both rooms that we saw have seen the end of their useful life and should be discarded.

I was overcharged for my unexpected 2 night stay. I stayed two days in one room with my children.

The staff was exceptional! Very caring about me and family. Supportive with finding local things for us to do such as eating and beaches. Every shift had great staff.

Everything was as expected, with no unpleasant surprises.

Location near airport was perfect. It was also close to I-95 for our trip home. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean, hotel was quiet. We particularly liked the coffee at breakfast--the bold roast was very good. I also liked the oatmeal and the nuts and fruit with it.

All front desk people were awesome. The morning breakfast had amazing choices.

Took 3 calls for the shuttle from airport to hotel to arrive. Driver was on personal “hands free” phone call the whole drive time to hotel.
