The hotel is very convenient if visiting the tmobile center.
The sheets were very dingy, and you have to pay $20 a day to utilize the parking lot.

Location is awesome and is close to downtown. The exterior of the building fits in the neighborhood well. The several interactions with the staff were awesome, really good employees.
The bathroom in the room. The sink faucet had a slow leak that leaked all over the counter top. The shower part....the plumbing all seemed loose in the wall and made us afraid to even turn it on. Like when you turned the shower water on the shower head above you moved like it would break free. The door hinges and the top of the door frame where all rusted which looked really bad.

Convenient location for our stay. Staff (Zach and Sunni) were very helpful, professional and courteous including the kitchen staff. Would stay again.
Was explained at checkout the booked rate of $119 per day changed to $179 and $189 after my first night of a 3 nightstay. . Was asked if I looked not at the daily rate but total quoted when booking with 3rd party. Make sure to read FINE PRINT.

pillows were terrible and only 3 pillows on each bed. should have a least 4 pillows on each bed. Queen beds seemed small. we have a queen at home and theses beds were much smaller.

We liked that it was close to the museum we wanted to visit and to one of our favorite restaurants, The Gates. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean.
The guests a floor above us sounded like a herd of buffalo. When we asked the desk clerk about it, we were told that there were lots of birthday parties going on at the hotel. It really was unbearable at times. The bathroom door didn’t close without slamming it and locking it at the same time! the room door’s deadbolt also had some major problems. it would stick open and not close when closing the door. It was very irritating.

The view was good from the top corner floor. Breakfast was okay (served 7am-9am). The pool and workout room were good. The location was a straight shot to the stadium. 12pm check out was a plus.
The bath tub acted like it was going to fall through the floor (even with a child in it). The bathroom walls were coming apart (but still clean).
