Close to shopping. Had a hot tub.

Room smelled of cigarettes. Crusted peanut butter on the couch and ottoman. Stains on desk .

it was near where I needed to go

it smelled dusty and dingy, I accidentally booked my hotel from Friday to Sunday and I needed it from Thursday to Sunday. So the night before I arrived I called the hotel to extend by a day and was told by the gentleman that answered the phone that the hotel was sold out and that no rooms were available. I then went online and was able to book the additional room for Thursday called the front desk back at the hotel and told him I was able to book and rooms were available why did he lie he told me that his manager told him to tell people that they were sold out. then when I checked in I asked them to bridge the rooms so we didn’t have to check out and check back in potentially out of different rooms and they told me no because we booked separately. because of that Friday morning we had to check out of the first reservation and then check back in for the additional reservation because they didn’t want to bridge our reservation.

I will be back.

Thanks for letting me check out at 1pm instead of 11am. This allowed me to run the race I was in NH for and then return to my room and shower before driving home.

Water bottles purchased from the office were a little pricey at $3 each.

Staff in particular at reception were not accommodating. For example we reached at 2.45 checking time is 3. For 15 minutes they said you have to pay. They had us sign membership to make it free.

Don't stay here!

Location and they had a good breakfast.

The ice machine, sink faucet handle, entryway light, refrigerator were all broken. The shower needed to be resurfaced. There were liquid stains on the furniture. The room felt unclean. This hotel is in need of an update!

I would sleep in my car before that hotel

nice parking lot

we tried 2 different rooms both had been smoked in or had extremely smelly cleaning chemicals smells. we checked back out. As an asthmatic I was worried how sick I would be from staying in the room

the staff was great.very friendly and helped us out with everything we needed. they went out of their way to check and make sure we had something to eat at breakfast because we eat kosher food.

the room next door to us had music on extremely loud even after 22 pm.

Disappointing

The facility is beautiful and the staff were awesome.

The mattresses weren't very comfortable... You could feel the springs... This was the only part we didn't care for.
