Overall, this is THE PLACE to stay in Tallahassee.

We didn't have a change to have breakfast at the hotel, nonetheless the location was very pleasant. it's really a home away from home.

The price that I paid for three Nites in a single room is outrageous. but I understand it's because of graduation season. Other than that, everything is fine. I enjoyed my stay.

1st night comfortable 2nd night interrupted sleep from other guests & could also hear traffic!

Very little insulation/ padding? we were woken up at 3:00am with someone walking around his room for over an hour! sounded like they were wearing clogs!! sooo loud!

such a large improvement from my last few stays. back to being my fav.

the tub was chipped in several places and hair was in tub. that was the only problem in room 105 as fas as asthetic. there was aloud noice coming from the room above me, seemed as if it was coming from the bathroom.

The dangerous gunfire at this location wasn't enough to bring us back to the friendly staff

Easy access to I-10. The front staff was very friendly! Although we didn't need it, the full kitchen was a nice benefit.

The 4 shots of gunfire outside our window. The location was very sketchy. Homeless people with camps outside of hotel on corner. Lots of males walking around with pants hanging below butts, tank tops and loitering. Woman waking down street waving her arms and talking to herself was unnerving. Was hoping for a continental breakfast for that price. Carpet was a little dirty and rooms were musty. The pull out couch mattress was dirty and permanently in a bent position.

An unacceptable stay and a refund should’ve been given for at least one night!

The staff was nice.

It was disgusting.. The pictures did not match the facility at all. Our entire group had to leave and find a cleaner place to go and I was the only one who didn’t get a refund because I prepaid through booking. Everyone else got a refund. Unacceptable in my eyes. Bugs were in the room, floor had such stains on it that we wore socks and lined tue bathroom with towels. If we weren’t in a rush to get to a college tour I would’ve taken care of it immediately and when I made a call to Booking at 1 am it was way to late to move, therefore we stayed slept and got out to switch to a new room, sadly away from our party who we were trying to spend time with since they live far away. I have never had an experience like this and thought when I handed the manger my keys and she said she understood the situation I assumed she was refunded for the night that I never stayed at her institution but NO and then you guys at Booking said oh well, so sorry, to me unacceptable. could I at least get a credit for a room through booking after all I don’t think got a refund from the hotel because they and you were already paid. yet I was out another $265.
