The location was good.
Insect control. They had a rather large wasp nest located on the second floor. They were pretty aggressive as I got stung.

The room was cooler than the hot truck my driver would have had to sleep in otherwise. That is the only positive about this stay.
Customer service on the phone and in person SUCKS! My drivers ride was 15 mins away at 1050 and they rushed him out of the room and would not even allow him to sit in the lobby to wait for his ride. Management does not care and the lady working didnt either. 0 stars if i could, just because of the customer service.

I like that the area had EVERYTHING you could've possibly needed. Attractions, restaurants, gas stations etc. very convenient area. The microwave and refrigerator inside the room was clean.
I believe for the price the facilities should've been better over all. The double beds were full size and not queen so it was a bit uncomfortable for us a couple. They tell you complimentary breakfast which were snacks for children. There was a weird smell in the room. The refrigerator was decaying to the top. The microwave plate didn't spin. There were only enough towels for 2 guest and not 4. Why ask how many people are going to be there if there won't be the proper accommodations for all guest. The water got cold the last day as I was showering to head out, no hot water towards the end of my shower.

Decent room for the price. Convenient location-easy to get to.
Loud music from the vehicles running up and down the street in front of the motel, however that wasn't the property owner's fault.

Very good location. Good price
The fact that I couldn’t book it for parents weekend because pricing went up 5 times. So sad ; it’s not only this hotel. It’s just disappointing

Nothing.
The manager ran my credit card(after my original payment was already processed) without my permission because she claimed to have accidently issued a credit to my card of $89.99 which I still have not received... Because the money was never returned to my card the manager was not able to process the unauthorized 2nd attempt.. I was told either to pay Again, leave, or she would call the police to handle the situation.. I chose to leave..My $50 deposit was also never returned. I now have to contact my bank to get back the money that was stolen from me....The manager was beyond rude in how she spoke to me about a problem I did not create... Honestly one of the worst experiences I've had in my entire life....
