The lobby looked nice but the rooms were trash stains on the floor and bed and roaches in the room pool wasn’t even open but the front desk didn’t even tell us that the rude pool boy did.

This place is grose, cocroaches, white stains on the blankets that where visible, no remote for the t.v., the shower ran rust before clear water and the shower nozzles and handles where all busted up tile behind them. The other guests that stay here are very questionable, this is NOT the type of place I feel my children are safe at. Someone died here last night. The pictures do not represent this place correctly.

Breakfast I would not call a breakfast. We got a paper bag with a granola bar, apple and kiddie juice box.
When a hotel claims they serve breakfast it should not be in a paper sac. It should include coffee and juice.
My room was right over the bar which was loud and the smoke was sucked into our room through outside mounted air conditioner. When I complained they did move us after 2 nights.

location to the fairgrounds
I got ate alive by something in the bed at night. the worker states it most definitely could NOT be bed bugs as they don't have them. but I'm a nurse of +20 yrs I know bed bugs then finally got up at 2 am to try and take a hot shower to stop the itch and burn and there were roaches in the bathroom.
none of the ice machines where working.

The room was fowl smelling and the hot water didn't work in the shower.
I had to use another room to shower.
And that room was cleaner than the 1 that out us in?

The pool was surprisingly clean! We had appts in town this was close to highway exits. The outside sidewalks leading to rooms covered in spills and filth they need sanitized. I didn't understand why they quit serving breakfast to prevent covid and continued to let people track in spit, pee puddles and the snot the guy who was shooting out over the balcony upstairs.I couldn't find a place clean enough to step on.The smell from the paths continued into the rooms it smelled of urine. We had to air out the room luckily I had scented candles. Couldn't take off shoes in the room scared what was on the carpet. Brought our own sheets and blankets. Motels don't wash the top blankets unless something is obvious.oh lots of junkie looking people maybe staying weekly with their bikes, loud fights in parking lot. Once made reservation it said non refundable.
Non Sanitized brushed side walks/steps.Dirty weekly renters with big dogs that left feces on paths.Non shampooed/ sanitize rooms. Too many cockroaches crawling on bathroom walls. Room smelled as if someone peed on the rugs. Breakfast given just a snack granola bar. Could have given fresh donuts. Goes to show they didn't to keep lower class stays and keep the motel in poor maintenance.

It was cheap
The carpeted floor in our room was sticky. Breakfast was advertised as included which is a reason we picked this hotel, but breakfast was not served. Check in was supposed to be at 3, but our room was not ready when we arrived at the hotel. Half the outlets in the room didn't work. There were cracks in the ceiling and the walls and paint peeling. Cigarette burns in the blankets and sheets, and very old, poorly working shower head in the bathroom.

I liked the fact the rooms were clean.
I didnt like the fact the rooms smelled like smoke even though they were nonsmoking. Also didnt like the fact other guest were trashy and loud. And the police had to be called for a drunk guest.

Location
Plumbing left ALOT to be desired. Room in disrepair. No housekeeping. Breakfast skimpy. Bed bugs. Staff unwilling to help with complaints. Felt unsafe in parking lot...less than reputable guests. Smelled really bad.

Edit 27 minutes to check in there was nobody in front of me hotel has not been remodeled since it was built in 1970. Hallway smell like smoke. I had a street walker knock on my door at 11:00 at night looking for Crystal

The room they gave me at first wasn't even clean. Opened the door to items from previous guests still in there. Switched to a better room which costed extra because it was clean. All the rooms should be clean like that for 1! Good for solo travelers but wouldn't recommend children. It's a lot of activities around the place

There was trash everywhere! Halls, inside and outside. I paid way too much!
Paid way too much for a room we bever got, services never rendered, and experiences no one needed! Live band under first room rocked everything it shouldn't when trying to sleep. Second room had tons of roaches, everywhere. This is a very loud property! Between the tenants yelling threw the halls, the band and the fights, oh and the police there, 3 different times! Thw free breakfast consists of a "snack pack". A juice box and granola bar. False represention, big time. I'll be contacting booking.coms customer service about this! I wish I had saved my money, and never put my children subject to this place or people.
