Great environment, overall fantastic stay, friendly staff.

Great amenities, staff friendly and quick to assist with anything we needed.

I paid this stay in full through booking.com, then at the property, they charged my card for the full amount of the stay again, not the security deposit.

Beautiful facility that is conveniently located in downtown Tulsa.

Very comfy stay at this hotel.

The decor, cleanliness, and location.

It was difficult to have valet parking. The day I arrived there were construction around the entrance. Also the air conditioner unit was very loud when it would come on.

Avoid and go to one of the other hotels down the street

Staff is unhelpful, old AC is loud and starts and stops all the time. Plenty of rooms they have and unwilling to accommodate.

Excellent choice for Tulsa travel

The room was incredible and the staff was excellent. I really enjoyed the food and staff at the restaurant. Also having an ice cream shop next door was a plus.

Great location and big rooms!

The room was large and clean! was very happy with the facilities. I was able to check in early when I arrived. Location was perfect for most things I wanted to do and/or needed to get to.

Staff didn't seem as knowledgeable about the city. I had asked for directions to an event that occurs the first Friday of every month and the front desk was unfamiliar with it and then gave me wrong location. Wasn't given any assistance with bags when I arrived unfortunately. Lastly, wish I was reminded breakfast was included. I had forgot and didn't know I prepaid for it.

Don't trust any email correspondence from the hotel. They don't honor it.

The location was great.

Had emailed ahead of time about champagne or something special in the room when my long distance boyfriend and I arrived. There wasn't any, so when I asked the manager she told me they don't do that. When I showed her the email FROM the hotel saying they were going to do that, she didn't honor that and said sorry, we don't give out free stuff. Even though I had the emails showing the entire convo. Manager seemed to not care a bit and was not accommodating or friendly.

Great stay at the great hotel!

Great experience! Very clean and quiet hotel. Convenient location. The room was very nice and clean. The bathroom was excellent! Breakfast was delicious, really good.

I had a confirmed reservation fir a king-size premium room. I arrived early. The front desk assigned a king-size premium room but it wasn't ready. When I came back, they assigned a small queen sized room. They wouldn't return the price difference. Said I should call Booking.

Check in slow. Understaffed. Breakfast was to be included w stay and Hilton points. Was not included after eating. No staff at front desk for lengths of time. Lines of people waiting. Shuttle behind schedule

Beautiful room and hotel.

The room was so nice. The bed was comfy. The breakfast at the restaurant was really good. Staff was great!

I have nothing negative to say about the hotel. It exceeded my expectations and made my birthday really special.

the floors all need to be remodeled the elevators smell and are not spacious the hallway carpet is nasty and house keeping needs new mops it was disgusting watching them refuse the same dirty mop in a mop bucket with dirty water

front desk staff , was alittle unorganized. valet parking was slow I had to go find the valet person to park my car every single time , Valet person was not friendly no customer service at all !
