Bed was a bit too soft for me. Shower room leaked too much water out to the bathroom when shower.

We slept well and enjoyed ourselves.

The room was spacious, clean and very nice. Breakfast was good. The lobby area was big enough for large groups to gather.

Price was a bit high. Some sources online stated that there is a pool, but there isn't one.

Value for money hotel

It’s located a minute away from the self storage we rented for my daughter’s back to school dorm stuff. So it’s very convenient for us, hotel is very clean, safe, comfortable , Roni is an excellent receptionist , keep it up ! Great breakfast selections , esp the biscuits and sausages ,

some permanent stains on their vanity mirror on room 233 which is very minor , I informed the front desk

Staff very helpful.

1) shower floor slippery 2) shower door didn’t close 3) 2nd night, there were people next to us having sex over a 2 hour period VERY loud. Finally maintenance got them to open door at 10:20 so that they could settle down. Hard to go to sleep that night.

I showed up and my reservation never arrived, im not paying for a service that i never received

Nothing my reservation never arrived to the front desk , i waited 3 hours in the parking lot , but they never called me to say my reservation is there now , it was a horrible night ,

I did a reservation and the front desk never found my reservation, i had to wait in my car with my family, but they never call me , I showed up and nothing, I can’t pay for this service

It was ok.

Hotel was close to family.

The pool is closed completely and my kids were looking forward to it. It’s false advertising to say you have a pool and not have it. Upsetting

Adequate - at least it was clean.

Two of the 3 beds were good but the pull out was not very good

Never had enough towels in the room - had to constantly ask for more and one night the staff didn't leave any towels for the next day at all. No place to hang towels once they were used - had to ask for new ones every day. Maid service didn't make the pull out bed on the third night.

The friendliest place in Brookhaven

the property is located in a light industrial area away from noisy freeways. The rooms are spacious and clean. We had a King suite which included a king bed as well as a sofa with a pull out bed. We arrived on an early flight at JFK 7am and drove straight to the property to drop our bags. Upon arrival, we were told that our room was available to check in! and they even offered us the breakfast in their lobby dining area. We were so grateful to get to check in after taking a red-eye flight. The staff (and especially the manager) were exceptionally friendly. We would definitely recommend this place

There was FLYING ROACHES ALL ON THE PROPERTY especially where your supposed to park your cars I went to my truck and the whole outside was full of them….so bad they were getting into my truck when I was getting in the truck they were inside my windows and cracks of my doors! It was bad and I still have not gotten my deposit back from a month ago!

Excellent value for the price.

The breakfast completely exceeded my expectations. The variety of offerings was impressive, especially for the price we paid for the room. The scrambled eggs were fluffy yet moist. The pork sausage patty was delicious with no gristle.

The shower leaked a bit onto the floor just outside it.

Visitibg family nearby for a couple of days. Family members had three different rooms and all enjoyed their stays.

Building and grounds very clean, staff efficient, friendly and polite. Room nice, bed comfortable, bathroom updated and toilet and shower in separate rooms, breakfast good including waffle-maker, very good scrambled eggs and small quiches, other goodies, coffee always available. Location was good and quiet. Common areas and restroom spotless.
