Location. Good breakfast.

Nice rooms. Great water pressure in the shower. Beautiful grounds. Good hot breakfast. Great location right on the strip.
My husband got stuck in the elevator on the first day. So after that we just took the stairs. But it's ok they fixed it.
4.1
The location. Close by everything.
Everything. Room was dirty. AC wasn’t working properly in our room. We did NOT have WiFi in our room. Staff said WiFi doesn’t reach that part of the hotel. Staff was very rude.
4.1
It was near everything.
Trying to get in and out of the parking lot.
4.1
The river was beautiful and the room was very spacious!
I have no complaints!

Was clean
Not sure it was worth the money
4.1
Loved the location, the river in the back, and the pool. Front deck management was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean. I would definitely stay here again.
It wasn’t really handicap accessible in the room I booked. But everywhere else on the property was.

Breakfast was great just wished they had muffins lol it’s so nice you have a breakfast for free the pool was my grandson’s favorite thing at the Econo the room was very big loved all the storage and the rooms were cleaned very well every day
The only thing we didn’t like and it’s not your was the traffic getting out on the main road sometime was impossible I know it’s summer but really it had to be a great place or so many people wouldn’t be there econo was packed every night
4.1
The location is absolutely wonderful. Handy for anyone that travels between Sevierville, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The river flowing in the back is a bonus!
Could have been a little more updated.

I liked the location and price at the time of rental
My shower had previous tenants hair in the bottom of the tub, and all over the towels we were provided. Our wall AC was not cold, so sleep was uncomfortable. The bed was quite hard, however the pillows were good and fluffy!

It was on the river & we sat & watched the ducks & geese!

Easy check in, plenty of Tables around the Pool area. I would suggest lowering the Pool temp in the Summer.
Noticed the tiles around the pool were really slippery, they need some sort of grit on top and on the steps.
4.1
Location was great and staff was really friendly. Breakfast was ok.would recommended to others. Property was well maintained. And clean when I was there.
Room was small even just for 2 people I had a single king room

Did not do breakfast
Sink stopped up, bathroom so small, couldn’t move in there, refrigerator turned off, like to have never got it to work, had to have my medication cold so I really needed this to COOL!!

Location
Small rooms for a family.
4.1
It was easily accessible, clean and comfortable.
The curfew for the pool is at 11pm which is fine unless you have a room right off the pool area. In that case, the pool area gets really loud at night and disruptive when trying to sleep.
4.1
The bathroom was a little small. The elevator was out for almost 3 days, which wasn't too good on my knee replacelment.
4.1
Location and the river behind.
The room was nasty, there was used dirty cups in the floor upon our arrival. There was hair in the bathtub the floor looked as though it hadn't been swept in months. I used a towel to try and clean the floor and it was black when i got done. Plus it was infested with ants. Big ants, small ants it was awful
The breakfast was horrible the eggs tasted like fish. Not sure how that happened.
No waffles, gravy was like tasteless white water.
This hotel used to be my favorite, however I won't stay here again.

Good
All was fine
4.1
Complementary breakfast and right in the middle of everything. You can walk to most places. The hotel is right on the rover so spendingntime there was a huge plus
Our ac didn't work very well so sleeping was almost impossible with it being so sticky and humidity in the room.
4.1
The property was fine except for all the ducks using the bathroom everywhere.
Duck poop everywhere in the parking lot. The air conditioner made horrible noise all night. Thy use to have hair dryers but now they don’t.
