We’ll be back!

Beautiful, updated and nice amenities. Comfortable. Enjoyed the balcony.

Tub drained slowly (reported to staff at checkout). Also had trouble regulating temp in the room, either hot or cold.

booking.com said check in at 3:00 We arrived at 3:38 our room wasn’t ready,we were told to come back in 30 minutes,got checked in at 10 after 4:00 and our room was still dirty.

We really enjoyed it. The pool and hot tub was great. Would stay here again.

Great location and View.

Location was great. Breakfast was ok. Parking was ample. View from patio was great.

No hot water for a couple of days. They finally got it fixed. The people above up had a toddler that jumped around constantly while they were in. Getting any sleep was tough till after 11 PM every night.

Excellent place to stay and would say again

Remodeling of rooms

Neighbors in room 501 fought every night was so loud. The rooms across from us were loud slamming doors yelling at kids.

Girls Trip!

The property was clean.The check out staff was kind.I love the complimentary Lemonade in the lobby.

Wish I stay a lil longer

HOTEL WERE NICE , BUT WAS UNDER REMODLING AT TIME OF VISIT , Staff were extra Friendly.

All good considering being remodel,, Room were extremely nice so were mountain view

Has definitely changed for the negative! Take my advice and avoid.

We have stayed many times. I am always happy with how clean the rooms are. Some have recently been updated as well.

At check in front desk clerk was MIA. Literally we waited for over an hour just to check in. We searched the hotel after some time with concern for the employee. We have stayed many times at this location and knew this was very unusual. We thought he may have had a medical emergency so we finally ended up calling 911 after multiple attempts of contacting corporate and booking.com. Desk clerk finally showed after another 20 to 30 minutes and seemed to be under the influence. He was irritated with us for calling for a well check because he had to file a report with the manager (which we found out he didn't even complete after speaking with the manager ourselves). He informed us he had to and I quote "go....do......something". The pool was hot tub temp and other folks seemed disgruntled with it because they couldn't stay in for more than 5 minutes or so without feeling overheated. Lots of construction going on and so much dust from that, but that's to be expected with renovations so it didn't bother us. Overall this is usually a nice place to stay, but we had an awful experience to the point we will now avoid it. I feel management really didn't care whatsoever and brushed off the problems like it wasn't a real problem.

Water leak in the breakfast room and really big spider web at my balcony door that I walked through as soon as I got there the first night.

Outside of a few issues we enjoyed our stay

Breakfast was very good. Loved the biscuits and gravy. Swimming pool and hot tub were great. Loved the fire pit.

Our room was a handicapped room and was very big. I was disappointed in the shower. I thought the shower would be one that you could roll a wheelchair into and it was not. Mom would have to step over the bathtub and that would have been too much of a fall risk. But we did like how big the bathroom was. Very easy to move a wheelchair around in. Had to call and have bedspreads changed. There were spots on them that we thought was blood but the person changing them said it was red marker. Also had to mop the entry area. Asked the person that changed the bedspreads about getting it mopped. It was very sticky to walk on and was told it was sticky because they mopped it with too much cleaner on it. I took a towel and water and mopped it myself.

Clean, good breakfast, and cheap

I loved the easy check in process since we did not get there until 1:30 in the morning.

That there was only one ice machine and it was on the first floor, we were on the fifth floor. And the bathroom lay out was strange.

Disappointed

Breakfast was good.

Room was filthy lifted up mattresses and at top of bed found food,dust, pubic hair etc Bathroom smelled of ciggarette smoke when the fan turned on it got worse. Hallway from rooms 209 to ours smelled like smoke too. We were in room 501. Spoke to a manager Sat morning, nothing got done, we paid $366.15 for out 2 nights and would have been better going to Econolodge. Will not use this travel site again and will not stay at thei facility again. Will also tell friends and family to avoid the same.
