Clean, comfortable, great location
Could use some updates in the bedrooms but very roomy and comfortable.
4.5 / 5.0
It was a lot of room for the 4 of us and we were close to everything in Pigeon Forge while still being off the main strip.
The facilities are older. They could definitely replace the carpet and spruce up the pool area a little bit but for the price those were fine to deal with.

We enjoyed the restaurants we ate at. Plenty of options in the city.
The beds are very uncomfortable. Mattress needs to be replaced. The pictures advertise a view of the mountains but there is not one. Did not like the idea of being charged if I didn't gather linens & take out my own trash or load the dishwasher. Paying a cleaning fee should be optional if you really are doing everything but making the beds & cleaning the bathrooms. We didn't mind but it was the "if you don't factor"! Other than that, the stay was very peaceful & quite. We stayed during Spring Break & this is a perfect little gem to be away from the crowd. The pool & property were nice.

it was private. away from all the noise of downtown Pigeon Forge but yet close enough to everything. my kids loved it, esp the pool
nothing
4.5 / 5.0
Loved the game room for the teens that was open 24/7, most people staying there had been coming for years, it is a true gem :) so close to everything, no 45 minutes ride down a mountain to go eat, it was fabulous, and super quiet for where it was especially... The main resort staff was absolutely amazing, called twice and both times my issues were fixed in minutes... they are truly there to make your stay as stress free as possible
Wasn't too much we didn't like, the check out time could be a little later and would have really helped, but overall amazing!

Loved the setup... just like a little apartment, great for our family. The game room was cool, and the kids loved it. It was really nice having a washer and dryer in the room. We will definitely book again
Need to get nonstick pans. Didn't like having to go down all the stairs to get to the pool. They get slippery when wet.

The location was awesome.
Steps going up into bedrooms were very steep. Hard to climb and for my family dangerous to come down. Sliding door was hard to open. Furniture was clean but not comfortable at all. The worst was all the steps leading to the hot tub and pool area. When I asked if there was another way down to the pool I was told no but I could drive to Gatlinburg and use another pool ran by same owner. I then asked could we just cancel because it would be very hard for my elderly mother to get to hot tub and pool, I was told that booking.com would charge for the first night rental it I cancelled. The next morning I was asked to come in and fill out paperwork for the stay and I stated to the lady that we were very disappointed in the resort not being handicapped accessible. She stated she had been telling them for years. Would not stay here again. Lovely location with lots of room just not handicap or elderly friendly at all.

This property was close to everything. You could use the back roads to stay off the main road. Perfect for our family.
The upstairs floor was very creaky, it would wake the babies when we walked across it. Good place for the money!!

Mountain Meadows was fabulous. It was clean. Everything was provided as advertised. Peaceful getaway for the family. Our unit; renovation had been completed. We were very satisfied. Any staff we contacted were very helpful, curtious and friendly. The weather wasn't conducive for pool play. Will plan to stay again.
Any "Karen's " would find something that not be to thier liking. As a veteran, we really enjoyed Mountain Meadows.

We have stayed here several times, and come back every time we can. We love the quite location. It's just a mile or so from the strip, the traffic light closest to The Island...During the summer stay we used the pool, hot tub and playground. There's a club house type place with a large living room with a fireplace to use if you have people over. There's bathrooms in that area and it's close to pool . Would be great to use for a get together or bday party.
This trip we had issues with cleanliness.. bedding was fine but rooms needed a deep cleaning. Mold in shower visible dirt build up on floor molding in bathrooms. Stairs have a handrail and they had not vacuumed around there in forever visible dust buildup...Kids played on stairs and stired up the dust and was picking at it. Washer needed to be replaced, dryer was new but smelled like burning and yes I cleaned out the lint catcher. I know it's hard to get employees to work after covid. Signs up in lots of places in pigeon forge.

Amazing location that is easy to get to the main strip, yet off the beaten path so it was a quiet stay. The size of the units was great and made for a comfortable stay. The beds were comfortable.

The location was fantastic. Right in the heart of Pigeon Forge, but yet set back so you felt like you were in a secluded area. Action was less than 5 minutes away and Great Smokey Mountain National Park was less than 10. The space was fantastic, 2 large bedrooms and a full bath upstairs. A large living room and a huge kitchen that was stocked well for cooking. A full bath on the main level as well. I really wanted to love this place and if it had been cleaner, it would have been our go to going forward for future visits. On the surface it looked clean. Beds seemed clean, bathroom sinks were acceptable (although I recleaned myself), toilets were clean and most of the kitchen was clean. That's were it ended. I'm giving it a 5 based on these reasons. If I was based on cleanliness, they would have failed.
While bedding, towels and main surface areas seemed clean, the whole place needed a good deep cleaning. I was very disappointed because all the reviews I read raved about how clean this place was. If you look at my photos, you will see that is not the case, or my expectations are why higher than most. The baseboards were so full of dust, there is no way they had been cleaned in the last 6 months, there were cobwebs everywhere you turned. The tops of the door jambs were "growing hair" aka thick layers of dust. A crevice tool had not been used during vacuuming in some time. Bathroom sconces were full of dust and cobwebs, the tops of the towel bars full of dust. While I realize this is just dust, it makes it feel very dirty. The sofa could have used a good steam cleaning as well as the carpets. The tile in the kitchen "looked clean" until I wiped up a small spill and the paper towel turned black, which makes me question if anyone had even mopped it. The night we arrived I purchased slippers for my 13 year old because I didn't want her walking bare foot, my husband and I brought ours, she did not. I also purchased kitchen cleaner and recleaned the kitchen sink, counters and stove top. We rewashed all the dishes before we used anything. I did reach out to management via the booking.com app but never received a reply. So I did give them the opportunity to try to make things right. Frustrated and disappointed. The space was great and location was fantastic. If they could do a better job cleaning this place could be a little hidden gem. Yes, it was a little dated, but I don't need fancy, but I do like clean!

It was clean, we had everything wee needed
little far from the strip

We loved that it was an entire home! Everything was spacious & not squeezed into 300 +/- square feet of space.
The only complaint I would have, if I were to complain, is the check-out time. My family loves their sleep & 10am is a tad earlier than we're used to.

A good location
Brian Tate greeted us very politely and professional
The unit was like being at home roomy and clean.
We had a broken door latch on our unit when we got there. Had to call the main resort office in Gatlinburg because the office here had closed, but we were placed in another room right away.
. The place could use a little updating. Had and old smell to it.
Sofa were worn a good bit.
The carpet needs to be replaced.

Location was great for us. The clubhouse and pool were awesome even tho we only got to use the pool 1 afternoon. We didn't have time to use the clubhouse but it looked fantastic..
The staff, mainly Brian, was an absolute God send. He couldn't have possibly been nicer. We were very impressed with our accommodations. We will stay there again hopefully.
The sink in the kitchen was covered in little black ants so I had to go buy spray for them. Also the sofa bed in the living room had stains on the mattress part so my teenager wouldn't sleep on it.

Love the place
The door would not lock and the pull out bed is broke

I like that it was very quiet and secluded
I didn't like the fact that when the hot water went out and Mr. Brian did his best and he was told by maintenance they don't know when they would get a maintenance man to us because they didn't have one to send. We would like to say thank you to Mr. Brian for calling maintenance continuously to get some answers but got nothing. Thank you for making accommodations for our family to move to another rental that evening and making our stay a memorable one for 2022! Thanks again Mr. Brian at the front desk.

It was away from the main highway so there wasn’t a lot of road noise!!! Plus you park right at the front door of your room for easy loading and unloading of luggage
Room keys provided didn’t work on arrival but was quickly resolved after speaking with staff!
