Left feeling relaxed

Stunning location and property. Couldn’t fault the staff nor the cleanliness and tidiness of everything. From the room to the amenities - everything is catered to you.

The food. It could be better. Again the service was great, but for how much you’re paying, the food was pretty bland. Much nicer food elsewhere for roughly the same cost. I didn’t finish one full meal there as the food was just so boring or bland

It was a quick getaway and it was nice

I wasn’t happy because I thought it. Was affiliated with gurneys and it wasn’t anymore

It would not have been my first choice because it isn’t affiliated with gurners

Excellent location. Clean rooms and amazing property!

No longer requires wrist bands for pool/property, no chairs at pools bc they are over crowded with people not paying to stay at the hotel. Staff at the only restaurant on the property are not friendly, ice cream shop is now staffed of prepared with anything that is on the menu. Disappointed, better when it was a Gurneys property, asking Gurneys prices but not Gurneys quality.

the ambience and fantastic. very peaceful surrounding. The staff were well mannered and the private beach setting was awesome! swimming pool was super clean and opened upon request.

sadly the restaurant was closed throughout our stay.

Stunning Setting & Service with a Relaxed Vibe

Spectacular setting, with excellent dining and service. Got a gorgeous water view room with a generous Booking.com discount. Lovely room, awesome bathrobe and linens. Very laid back atmosphere. The building is the old Montauk Yacht Club, and retains the historic features, with great old photos. The marina area is a beautiful walk. All in all, a very nice surprise.

Great location to celebrate a family event!

great location in the marina of Montauk cove. rooms are spacious and clean with a very comfortable bed. The best shower !!

carpets! being allergic to dust, carpets everywhere is a killer.

Pretty but not worth the price

Location was nice and food was good.

For the price and the fact the resort has staircases to access rooms Id expect our luggage to be brought to the room which was not offered. Biggest pain point was so turn down service or bed making, while it was noted clean towels and bed changes were not offered unless requested for environmental impact, the bed could still have been reset and made. Additionally no valet or efficient parking while two weddings clogged the parking lot and our peace went away when children played in the gardens early morning.

This feeling of being taken advantage off stayed a bit. Different people got served better and faster.

location and the fact we could go to the luxurious other hotel with beach.

we had ants in our room and later I found out that this has been going on longer and we were not the only ones. They just put you one or two days in the room and then change you. I felt very taken advantage off.

Good

The rooms were clean, location was peaceful and we enjoyed our stay.

The rooms do not have microwave. We had a 1 year old with us and we feed him warm food and milk. We had a lot of trouble managing his feeds trying to get it warmed up.
