Nightmare

It was close to where I planned to be.

This entire booking was a complete nightmare. We got to the place around 9pm after traveling 6 hours from Maine and we couldn’t get into the place because we never recieved any information on how to access the place besides the address. After contacting the on call management 5 times and not getting anywhere we called booking.com which was honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had in my life. Let’s put it this way it’s over 24 hours since this has happened and I still haven’t heard from anyone still.!

Beatiful, comfortable place with all the comforts of home.

It was well equipped and pretty.

It wasn’t perfectly clean, but mostly clean. Even though the rate was substantially lower then an on season night it was still expensive with fees.

Modern interior, number of the restroom, power outlets.

I drove an EV. A 240V Level 2 chargers at the parking lot would have been great.

A very central place to stay. A lot of space for the value

comfy beds, stylish decor, effortless check in, washer dryer a plus especially with kids, bbq,

I couldn’t get in touch with the host of the property. Also I had asked if they provided beach towels and there were none…. which might I add email was not answered until many weeks after I sent it.

Spacious, well-appointed rental for a family or small group of friends, with water views, close approximity to town, and

very clean, good location, plenty of space, nicely decorated, parking directly in front of door, number of bathrooms, water/lake view, keyless entry/easy check-in and out

kitchen could have been stocked with basics like salt and pepper

Check this place out if you are looking to stay in the area...

Keyless entry, extremely responsive property manager (for a minor inquiry that was handled asap) & a very functional, bright clean & modern space to enjoy a long, holiday w/e in Montauk. This townhouse was away from the crowds for the Fall weekend but still very convenient to town/harbor. Definitely look into staying here, you won't regret it!

Very nice place and location.

Location was great for the fall

Back door lock was broken. We left it unlocked during our stay. Random run down jeep in the parking lot. Garbage area was dirty

Huge space made it extremely comfortable for a family of three. Kitchen was well appointed with everything you need. Couch and living area was comfortable and clean - we spent lots of time lounging there. The beds are upstairs so it makes it easy to put a child to bed upstairs and then relax downstairs on the patio! The patio is huge and looks out on greenery and water - beautiful and relaxing. So quiet and serene. Walking distance from a few nice bars and restaurants and a very short drive to everything else. We had one very small issue with the house and the owner sent a maintenance person to fix it within minutes - so easy. Parking was so easy. Overall great property in a beautiful location.

The walls are a bit thin! We had read that going into it so we’re aware but not really an issue since we had quiet neighbors

Father’s Day weekend

A spacious and modern townhouse in a very good location. The townhouse was very clean and super comfortable.

The items in the kitchen needed to be cleaned. Bring your own salt, pepper, olive oil. The heating was very strong upstairs but weak downstairs which meant we were very hot at night but chilly when hanging out downstairs.

The property wasn't properly cleaned, all kitchen ustensils were dirty and hard to be washed before use. The internet didn't work properly and it often broke down when we were (trying to) watch TV.
