The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was pleasant.

The breakfast is not included, as indicated on this app (there is a charge for continental and buffet). There is significant construction in the building. We were on the 4th floor and the elevators were out of service.

Our room was really nice! I was expecting the worst due to reviews but our room was really nice, we actually loved it. Not like the pictures.

Staff was nice.

Construction going on with no discounted rate. Both mornings, they slammed doors every 3-6 seconds, so we had to leave. A car was broken into. Someone hit our car and tried to break into both sides.

I felt cheated! The only thing that made it tolerable were the exceptional persons at the front desk.

The location was great, the hotel itself was in terrible condition. My toilet didn't even work!!!!

I felt like I was in a one star hotel. The room (# 219) was in very poor condition. It wasn't nearly worth what I was charged. That is a $50.00 per night hotel!!! I will never stay there again. In fact, if you are taking this survey seriously, please reimburse me my money!!!!!

Einrichtung total veraltet und abgenutzt. Völlig überteuert!

Außen relativ neu und sauber. Viele Parkplätze.

Die ganze Einrichtung völlig veraltet und abgenutzt. Die Fugen im Bad bröckelten schon. Das heißt die sind Jahrzehnte alt. Gebläse im Bad und die Klo Spülung liefen durch. Dazu der Highway direkt am Hotel. Es war alles zusammen sehr laut. An vielen Stellen blättert schon die Farbe ab.

Place seemed outdated,(old) . My biggest gripe was the constant sound of running water and the dripping from the shower spout, the shower valve needs to be replaced to fix this problem, but im guessing that putting caulk around the bathroom makes it look like someone did something. Just expected more from a (Hilton hotel)

My stay was fine once my room was switched.

Once I was switched to a new room, I was satisfied.

The first room I was placed in the walls was dirty, carpet was nasty and room had a smell and the air was out in the lobby. My TV wasn't working so I was placed in another room and that room was excellent.

The bed was clean and comfortable

Advertised as a 3 star hotel and it wasn’t even a good 2 star. Booked for pool and hot tube as I had my grandkids with me. Hot tube was boarded up and tape off most likely for some time. Pool area extremely neglected. Room - tears in curtains- unable to close all the way and tears in lamp shade. Website pics and amenities did not accurately reflect neglected property. Grossly misrepresented

nothing I liked about this property

we arrived the room was an ICEBOX & had to turn the heat on and let it warm up. the room was so beat up and dirty, stains on the walls the doors had stains and paint chipping off there was a stain on the bed spread as well as the back of the toilet. the tv was super small, the curtains would not fully close so you could still see into our room. the beds are not comfortable at all and they have 3 SMALL pillows. this was the WORST experience I’ve had with Hilton. and when front desk was notified of my dissatisfaction they did nothing! there were no rooms to switch us too nor anything available on another property so they offered to comp us our last night if we wanted to check and that wasn’t an option considering we came down with plans and my family would not have anywhere to stay! I would never go back here nor would I recommend it to anyone. way too overpriced for the type of room I received with no kind of accommodations for my trouble.

Not much. Placed smelled of weed.

Everything. Charged over price for breakfast that most hotels have complimentary. Nothing in the hotel was available but the bar. No computers, no pool, nothing!!! Staff was lazy. Place look run down.
