Staff were super friendly & room clean and comfortable.
Noisy aircon & thin walls unfortunately between us and the next door room.
3.5
Least expensive with decent ratings
Air conditioning didn’t work in room. Breakfast eggs were terrible.

The staff and assistance were amazing. Ms. Sonya and Ms. Lisa were both friendly, patient, and knowledgeable employees.

It’s midway on our journey so it’s convenient
They’ve just installed a new computer system and no one seems to know how to use it! NO or POOR TRAINING! basic soft drinks like “Diet coke” unavailable! All the oil field workers leave at 6 am so slamming doors are very unfortunate if you’re trying to sleep in! Our stay here one month ago was so much better! What happened???!!!
4.5
We liked everything. One small thing: there was no honey in the breakfast.
Nothing.

We’ve stayed here several times driving to and from east coast. Always great but if possible even cleaner than last year. Nice breakfast with sausage, eggs, waffles, cereal. Coffee good.
Fantastic Mexican food close by called Ramirez Mexican food - delicious! Highlight of our trip!
Shopping center where we ate and also has gas stations, fast food places seems a bit more shady than last year. Seems to be the same all over the country. We ate early but I worried about the staff night after night.

There weren't enough housekeepers to clean the room during the stay, and we were asked to bring dirty towels to the front desk. This was so we could get fresh clean towels, normally housekeeping, come to your room and put new clean towels.

the staff was super friendly
the air conditioner could have been a little colder in the 112 degree temp but it wasnt unbearable

If I had a complaint regarding my stay, it would be the Free Breakfast. I'm comparing LA Quinta to Holiday Inn Express. La Quinta is lacking in comparison. There wasn't any fruit, Only Eggs and Sausage available, and those two were ok. They did offer a waffle bar, so that was good. But overall, La Quinta needs to offer a bigger variety of options compared to Holiday Inn Express, which offers a much more in terms of Breakfast options. But overall, La Quinta is a good hotel for travelers.

Parking and the exterior of the hotel
The smell of the hallways, elevator, and our room felt stuffy and stale. The bathroom had rust in the tub. The tub in my other room (family move cross country) had footprints inside. Inside the hotel (especially our rooms) smelled like a dirty old mop was used with Pine Sol. It just did not feel clean. I couldn’t wait to check out the next day!
