I had a great trip.

Clean, convenient to everything, safe place. Good breakfast every morning.

The clock was not set correctly & had no instructions. Pretty good when that’s all I could gripe about.

Not so great experience.

Room was big - looked like recently remodelled.

Could not get good sleep due to noises from other rooms around us and above us - noise of people walking, sounds of someone in pain during their sleep, echo from AC running. Room was very big almost like a suite, but the sitting area had a single cushioned chair and a desk with chair with lots of empty space which is probably why we could hear echoes.

Small improvements would make the place great.

The mattresses were very hard, we likened it to a sheet laid over a piece of plywood. They have what looked like home type mattresses and box springs. Photo number three under lobby shows u. The pillows deflated upon use so no support there either. We stayed a business week and my hips and back were killing me the whole time. They have a strange deposit of fifty dollars they take from you on top of your stay so have extra money on your card, they do take it out of your account. I was behind a man that was very upset about it as they took the money from his bank account and left him short on money. If you use a CC like I do at least you can fight any strange charges if they don’t return your money. The fridge was great. Good size and we used the washing machine which was very handy and cost 2$ in quarters but it was great to get it all clean. If they get new mattresses I would stay there again. Also there is no ventilation fan in the bathroom so everything gets wet and the mirror doesn’t clear up for a while so if there is more than one person it can feel uncomfortable when every surface is wet from steam. They said it was because they are going green but it isn’t customer friendly and they said that’s why they don’t clean the rooms very often during your stay. Supposedly going green. Whyndham needs to do better.

Dirty. The toilet had what looked like urine at its base. The shower wall had something like thick residue from shampoo or something, extremely POOR lighting. The bulbs were subpar. The bed was tattered. The light fixtures had filth at their base. The fridge wobbled and didn't cool properly. I'm not confident that all the linen had been changed.

Location was close to where we needed to be

Breakfast was almost empty by 830. The bed was really uncomfortable. Not worth the $167 we spent for one night.

Disappointing

The location. It was near a lot of places to shop and eat.

It wasn’t very clean. The front desk staff was very rude and unprofessional. They allow pets so pet hair was almost everything including the cart to load/unload your luggage. Breakfast didn’t have very many options at all. Staff cut in front of guests to make sure he ate and got food. My original reservation got canceled without my knowledge. The air conditioner in our room was leaking so the whole floor on that side was soaked.

It was nice large room.

I had to call because someone was making lots of noise for several hours. The food at breakfast was cold and there was no meat protein except some type of burrito that tasted horrible.

it was so quick a stay but I enjoyed

clean. no residue on the bottom of my socks! excellent. loved the spacious bathroom and room.

the ice machine on my floor was out of order

Nice people. Wished that jacuzzi feature was correct.

Quite and every one sweet and helpful.

False advertising of Jacuzzi. Have the channels came with a child block code- no one had it- so TV was tricky

Clean room.

Most staff weren't very friendly. Friends reservation was messed up, then the hotel charged for a roll-a-way they required since their original reservation was messed up by the hotel. Not acceptable. Fridge in our room never worked. Told them twice. Not fixed. Had to put insulin in a friend's room since it requires refrigeration. Hole in the wall where the door had been slammed into it by somebody else. Used to be a great hotel to stay in. Not so good now.

I would not recommend and would tell that I would offer not to stay there if asked..

Location was good

Room maid service was poor not every day. No one explained that towels would not refresh each day Bed would not be made daily nor trash removed daily. Nor coffee packets. The elevator flooring was coming out and a trip hassert. Kitchen was clean but cereal dispenser did not work.

Door to room did not open right, shower controls did not work, dirty tp in hair dryer bag, staff kicking of his shoes and laying on lobby love seat on the phone, elevator dirts and water damaged, when it ran out at breakfast good luck getting any more
