Preisleistung gut!

Wir haben ein kostenloses Upgrade bekommen. Das Zimmer war sehr groß. Parkplatz direkt vor dem Zimmer.

Könnte sauberer sein… ist jedoch ok.

Nice hotel on a par with 3-star properties

Clean spacious room, regular housekeeping. Air con, TV, hot shower, safe, fridge – all work as expected. Good location for LA Downtown.

Check-in process could be improved, had to wait ~40 mins for the four people before me to check in. Seems slow and inefficient. No tea/coffee making facilities in the room and reception.

What breakfast? There is no breakfast included. The staff is easy to talk with.

My confirmation was for: "Double Room - Disability Access" "The double room features a tumble dryer, air conditioning and tile/marble floor". 4 guests max, with a max of 2 adults. I received 1 bed and nothing more. If I wanted to upgrade for the disability access, I'd be charged more for it. If more were to occupy, I'd be charged more. I showed them my confirmation. Still said..."It's available, cost more". The first night, someone was knocking at my door at 4:15am. I didn't answer, tried to fall back asleep. Another knocking at 4:30am. I walked (in the dark) to call the front desk. The phone line was dead. I told the front desk about the incident and please fix the phone. It could not be done within the next 3 days I was staying there. Cockroaches in my drawer. Very thin walls. They charge for ice.

Terrible

The room was large and I felt safer in an upstairs room.

Extremely noisy. The location is very noisy with the Police sirens, Police helicopters, loud music, the hotel plumbing, the heater, and the air conditioning system. We could hear on each side of us whenever someone turned the water on in the sink or shower. The heating system is so loud you cannot turn it on if you want to sleep. A lot of rumbling!! The rooms are very large but also very sparse. Bed, T.V., long table near the front wall, two end tables. No lamps, no microwave, cheap, cheap towels (bring your own), no rugs or carpets for the cold tile floors Also, we noticed that this hotel is the monthly residence of many families. I know that you get what you pay for but, wow!!🙄

annoyed and frustrated that we could hear others & that impacted our sleep/satisfaction of the stay

free parking was nice and the beds were clean. it did the job for our one-night stay.

the room next door to us was playing loud music from 12:30 AM onwards. We called the front desk to report it, but nothing happened after 20 minutes, so we called again. It seemed like they turned it down slightly after that, but we could still hear the music in our room and it made it very difficult for us to sleep. It was frustrating that the staff didn't take it seriously and didn't seem to handle it right away.

Very good

The location was good with gas station and restaurants nearby. Parking slots are on the property. Nice staff and good daily cleaning service.

No microwave in the room. It’s a bit noisy at night since our room is on the ground floor and quite near the street. The room is spacious for more furniture

All in all, recommended if your focus is a low price. Friendly staff and no issues.

Good deal on a nice motel that's walking distance from the LA Convention center. Room was very quiet except for the laundry truck beeping early in the morning. I had a late arrival and a friendly staffer quickly checked me in.

Not an upscale area like the hotels that cost 3 or 4 times more. Room somewhat basic, and limited amenities: a Coke machine, an internet-connected printer. Sign said Wifi available - I didn't check it.

Really great place for good money!

The place has self good parking, very spacious room and the bathroom. All clean! Quiet area. Helpful and kind staff. Enjoyed our 3 night stay a lot!

Even with all these short comings, I will return year after year.

Room five is my favorite room, It was close to parking and easy to get to. The room was super clean and the water pressure was great. AC worked perfectly. Maid service every day was great. I can't wait for next year.

The ice machine was broken. The bed frame was too big for the bed, The fridge did not seal correctly. two bulbs over the sink were out. and one of the shower handles was broken. there were no places to set my bags on. The door seal was bad, bugs, spiders, and no flies thank god. Some Tape on the outside bathroom window needs to be removed. A welcome mat inside would be nice, especially after outside walks were hosed down.

Room was ok

Lonely area seems not safe for family. Also they didn't return my $50 cash deposit I made during check-in. I did inquired during checkout at reception he conveyed me it will be credited to my credit card in 6-7days but it didn't go credited even after 15days. When I wrote to them got revert that I should have claimed during checkout. What non sense - unethical - cheater mean they don't want to return.

Pleasant

Good location. Decently sized room and bathroom.

There was no one at the front desk at check in or check out. Had to call the phone line to see if someone would show up. Both times someone came within a few min. The bed platform was bigger than the mattress so the planks of wood stuck out. The place generally looked cheap and unkept. The soda machine was empty and ice machine was broken.

Decent area, clean, decent price.

Perfectly clean. My father was unsure about it and worried about the safety of his car, but it's well-lit and small enough to keep any eye out. Good shower pressure & actually kinda cute (once you get over yourself if you're used to fancier places). And it's right on a street that gets to important other roads without being loud from traffic. Good to have a fridge & safe.

Ice machine was out of service :(. Internet was kind spotty. And the fact that you have to sign a disclaimer about no prostitution or drugs was kinda funny on one hand but kinda concerning on another

Stayed here for a concert at the Staples center. Walking distance (if you don’t mind 20 minutes)

Looked nice, nice rooms and clean! Area was kinda central but need to catch rides to get around, but that’s almost everywhere in LA!

walking there at night didn’t feel the safest and was a bit noisy at night but still slept well.

Good location and the woman behind the counter was helpful

It wasn’t very clean. In fact, something bit me several times during the night and now I’m all itchy. Also the hair dryer wasn’t working. And the Wi-Fi was crappy. And there was a dead bug by the bed
