Far exceeded my expectation

Great location. Our King Suite was clean and well maintained. It looked new. The staff was extraordinarily helpful and pleasant. Very convenient parking.

A quiet stay in an unusual hotel

It was very clean and quiet, a comfortable bed. A unique interior…rooms arranged around a mezzanine, looking onto the reception area.

Our room did not have a window on an exterior wall. The continental breakfast was simply bagels and apple and fruit…and coffee…to be taken back to your room, no sitdown eating area. Although in good condition, furnishings were quite dated.

the staff was extremely kind and courteous

the toilets were very low in height, showers were impossible to adjust bc they were to high and 2 of the rooms my family were in, the toilets clogged after flushing. The maintenance staff member asked if they would like a plunger!

Overpriced.

Coffee great. Breakfast options mediocre. Staff friendly.

Traveled with dog, room was downgraded to be put in dog friendly room. Although was told technically he shouldn't have been allowed because he was over 50 lbs. I did not see/read that anywhere while booking. Room definitely overpriced without jacuzzi tub.

The location was great, price was terrific. We hope they resolve the above stated issues.

front door of the unit did not lock. We reported this every day we were there, we were told at every contact that they would fix the door lock but never did, so we had to leave the unit unlocked. This was particularly concerning as it was on the first floor just inside the front door, which was locked and entrance was coded. Also, there was garbage left behind by prior renters. And the area on the bottom of the kitchen closet was filthy. Plus, there was no place for us to put our garbage, but we were instructed not to leave any in the unit when we left.

It was near the places that I had to go

so mad the bar restaurant was closed. This was one of the reasons why I booked this hotel. If it’s not open they should put on the website. It s fraud

our room was quiet and the bed and pillows were comfortable. the staff was very pleasant.

the thermostat didn’t work and the room wouldn’t sufficiently cool down.
