Great and large apartment but mattress too soft.

Large apartment with fully equipped kitchen, good location, beach in walking distance. Good washing machine and dryer.

The bed was not comfortable, a heavier person in the double bed tends to roll to the side because the mattress is too soft.

Overall decent stay as the location is perfect. Would have loved if the photos were more accurate

The apartment itself which was fairly old and congested. The photos were absolutely made up and didn’t show how tiny and old the place was

Great resort right across the street from the beach.

Well located near several beaches, gorgeous gardens, nice facilities, and spacious condos.

Facilities are a little dated and one of the sliding doors was broken.

Swamp cooler instead of a/c. Kept it decently cool but not as much as with a/c. Requested two single beds and got a king.

Great location. Free upgraded room. Couldn't have had a better experience.

The pool closes a little early, but I've heard that other places close their pools earlier.

Very happy with our stay!

Great location, room was very spacious, clean and came fully stocked with kitchen supplies! We have teenagers and they loved the location. My family and I loved our stay!!!

Great location, Great room

The rooms was extremely spacious and well kept and fully equipped with everything you can think of and might need! kitchen was fully equipped, had a washer & dryer and the room was very nice!

The property doesn’t really have “facilities” it’s not really a hotel so there is no gym (but who needs a gym in Maui) it does have two pools on the property but they were honestly a joke. Extremely small, after seeing them the first time we never went there, but again you’re in Maui and the island has more than enough beautiful beaches if however you enjoy pools then tit’s isn’t the place for you!

The location is excellent as it is just across the road to the beach. Short walk to restaurants and a park and nearby beaches. The premise is very clean and well maintained with beautiful garden at the property.

Loved the proximity to the beach, and a short drive from many amenities. The room was nice with a kitchen. Nice view of the ocean and sunset.

Not enough hooks for towels. Not the greatest noise insulation either.

My husband and I had a great king size room. The beach was a 2 minute walk from our room. Great location.

My 4 children had to share 2 double beds. there is so much incongruity between the king size bed and the double beds. Why don't you do queen size beds so that 4 people can sleep comfortably?!

Jacuzzi, Tennis court and free parking.

The customer service from the front-desk was really poor. When you check in they don't explain you anything about the place or services you can use in the facilities. Besides, they don't inform that they only clean the room once after 4 days of stay. If you want them to clean the room other day, change of towels or new ammenities you have to pay. F.e. Change of towels - 25$. Unbelievable. There is only one elevator in the bulding and it was in mainteance on our date of departure. Of course, we knew about this because there was a paper posted, nobody at front-desk informed about it. We understand that a maintenance can happen, but we didn't receive any help from the staff to move our luggage which was very heavy btw. Definetely a place where we won't be going back.

All in all a good stay. would stay again

some of the maintenance in the room was lacking. The water faucet in the bathroom, Normal off and on for both hot and cold water was reversed. Sink plug or stopper if you will, was not hooked up to pull rod. You had to reach underneath cabinet to drain sink. coach and lounge chair a bit dated, Mattress on bed way too hard.

Superb

Very good location. The beach and shopping, all were very close. The apartment was very well equipped with everything you may need in your daily life (wifi, washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing machine, dishes and there was even coffee powder, milk, sugar and salt :) <3 Beds were very comfortable and there was 2 bathrooms in apartment, so if you plan share rooms with friends (as we did), it is very comfortable. Taxi drive with Uber from airport to there was around 55€

The hotel rejected all my bank cards, however my bank said, that everything should be fine. So, fortunately one of my friend card was working there...(LHV bank for estonians:))

Disappointing

we orderd two queen-sized beds and got only one king-sized bed and i ended up sleeping on the floor, because we were two coworkers on a business trip.

Very good

This is a well run community renting apartment which I guess are owed by individual owners who rent out. So rooms may vary. Reception is efficient, albeit a bit cold. The room we had was very nice, a bit on the small side but with all listed amenities. The best part are the excellent and almost new top of the line Webber grills at the pool area.

The parking spots in the garage are way too narrow for these days cars. Pricing is over the top as almost everywhere on Maui. Value for money acceptable at best.

Great place with everything you could need

Big room with everything you could need. Good shower, washing machine and tumble drier are available and they provide you with a box of tide powder with more on request. Huge super king bed. Heated jacuzzi was nice in the evening, and pool was great to cool down in the day.

The AC was really loud and blows directly on you intermittently at night in bed. Would have been nice to have access to apps such as Netflix and Disney plus on the TVs. The cleaners did come to change towels in the middle of our stay, but they didn't fill up the shower gel dispenser, instead they just put water in it. There were a lot of little mites crawling around the kitchen, I think they were attracted to the garbage disposal unit in the sink.
