Pathetic

First i got the wrong room but i said that was fine but then i had no fridge no microwave or no tv remote. I asked the front desk at check in and he said he wiuld have maintenance down right away. We left to go sightseeing and later we returned still without the items in the room. 45 minutes later almost midnight the poor maintenance man brings the appliances saying he was just told. They charge a 15 dollar deposit in case u smoke or damage anything but all the blankets already have burn holes in them, the furniture has been recycled from several different closed down hotels. I mean we know what we paid for but who knew u could get lower than didappointing scores. The owners could care less as long as they make money and the customer service needs lots of improvement. Don't stay here unless you're desperate and good luck if the tv satellite works

Ended up homeless and now my sonsservice dog has separation anxiety

The lady named stacy super awesome very nice loved everything about her and the maintenance staff help getbus the room we actually reserved and were so sweet

My sons service dog was refused and i had to keep her in a van i was told to show documentation for my sons disability saying that he needed said dog even after showing my seevice dog’s registration then was told that wasnt enough until the owner found out but by then id been staying here a month while my child was separated from his dog i found weed in the first room we were in second room i was showed was dirty third room was great but now we found out to many kids for one room and had to modify our stay to leave today and was told most likely booking will say they refunded me but i will never see my money now we will be on the streets the lady named carla should not be working here she refuses ada service animals and or charges guest for it breaking a number of federal ada and state laws i was harrassed with animal control and my son was separated from his service dog the hot water was rare had to wait three days to catch a warm shower but that lady stacy she needs a raise she trys to go above and beyond also the man josh he has horrible manners and broke ada and state laws concerning my sons disabilities and service dog owner was not aware of these issues until it was far too late unfortunately

We didn't stay

Unlocked the door, and 2 guys where laying on the bed, unreal. We went to the front desk and asked for our money back. A friend open they're room, and nasty, something was crawling in the bed. This place was unreal, never again will I book a room there.

THE WORST HOTEL I HAVE EVER BEEN IN

Nothing.

Everything. I don’t know how this establishment is still up and running. They are literally taking people’s money. The beds were dirty and beat up sheets were dirty towels were dirty. The room was so disgusting I was afraid to shower let alone sleep on the bed. I am so sad and so upset about the money I paid for. I booked the room because it was convenient as far as traveling to the airport. But this by far has been the worst hotel experience of my life and staff was weird and not nice either really uncomfortable vibe from the very beginning . This hotel deserves NO STARS !!

Where do I start... The bathroom ceiling has black mold and the wall paper is falling off the wall. There's a half roll of toilet paper and tub is rusty and old There's no coffee maker. No bedspread and a hole in blanket on top of bed . It stinks really bad in room I'm guessing the mold I chose this hotel because of smoking rooms and after I reserved it days in advance was told none available The vending machines are empty so is the pool. This is the worst place I've ever stayed and very disappointed. I have asthma and hope I don't get sick from mold Room is non refundable and I'm unable to go to a different hotel. The ac won't go lower than 66

Price is good.

No hair dryer or iron. Plug broken on microwave. Some beds here are comfy but this time we might as well have been on the floor. Noone would bring us towels after taking them the second day. I asked 3 people.

I do not recommend this place. It is that bad.

Nothing.

There was literally nothing in my room. No lamps. No wall hangings. Only a tv. And a staind blanket on the bed. There was all kinds of noise. I slept in my sleeping bag.

Place was infested with roaches, one pillow case looked like it was used to blow nose on. Noise all night long made it hard to sleep

Room smelled like smoke. Sheets smelled like smoke. Bed cover had cigarette burns. There was no soap. Appliances and furniture were falling apart. Probably the worst motel I have ever stayed in in the US.
