left after ten minutes didn’t even wanna refund the staff looked racist and had a terrible attitude

Didn’t like nothing about this place! felt old the rooms needs to be updated sheets an blanket smelled old the bathroom was dirty with bugs

Poor

Room was in poor condition. All almost all towels and sheets had stains. Refrigerator was very noisy. It is right in the flight path of low flying jets. Extremely load during the day. Thank god there was little traffic at night. Room was very old and in total disrepair. There was no toilet paper or tissue. I even had to put the top sheet on the bed which was pretty much worn out.

HORRIBLE. DISGUSTING. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Breakfast? Didn't bother to stay for breakfast. It was such a horrible experience, we left as early as we could.

This hotel shouldn't even be licensed to operate as one. There was literally zero hygiene. Everything was dirty. Sheets were messy, with stains and hair on them. Walls were dirty. Literally every single thing you expect in decent shape at ANY hotel was absolutely gross at this one.

It's conviently located on Alcoa highway. You are close to just about anywhere you want to be.

The room was dirty when we checked in they had to come back and clean it...if you stay for extended period of time like I did they will not come to your room to pick up towels or remove trash you have to do all that yourself....make sure to bring your own toiletries because they supply None...It is cheap but you can find other places just as cheap and nicer

I like the convenient location

The room is old and not clean. No wifi. Toilette keeps flushing, requires maintenance

Cockroach in room upon arrival; dirty floor; burn holes in sheets; smoker room; no tissue; no trash can; carpet wrinkled; broken towel arm; short shower head for height; people up at 1 am in morning roaming parking lot; very unsafe
