Never more.

The location was close to the airport.

There was no breakfast, the shuttle didn’t run due to snow, the room was freezing and even with the blower set to high it still didn’t suffice. The mattress was freezing, the tub was stained and we were worried every time we flushed the toilet that it would overflow. The floor was freezing.

The location

The first room they tried to give us (103) had bugs everywhere and the blankets looked like they was in the Chinese war and there was burn holes everywhere and everything was dirty. In the second room I stayed in(228) there was no towels, no toilet paper , nothing, it was cleaner then the first but still not clean. We waited an hour for toilet paper and towels.

Not a place you should let your head down

I did like the location. That’s why I booked with them.

Well, I got in my room. There was nowhere to hang my clothes. It was so nasty. I had cockroaches crawling on my towels on the floor. I had some kind of stains all over my sheets. I took pictures of everything. And I am going to show them to my attorney if I have to. This is Uncalled for. I will never stay at the budget for the Royal End, or any of those facilities again until they do some renovation.

TV didn't even come on..Room was filthy Curtains were half hung over windows. Never ever will I stay there again Sign in front of building says American Inn or something like that not Budget Inn.

Nothing.

The bed bugs. Stains on the sheets and comforter. I ended up going to walmart to get a new comforter and sheets for the night. Only cold water at night and couldn't shower. I get it's called budget inn but good lord It wouldn't even be worth $50 a night.

the room had bugs, the toilet didn’t flush right, the shower didn’t drain either, the room wasn’t cleaned, A lady named Carla was rude to me every-time I went to the front desk.

People were nice place was dirty and they just didn’t tell me about the key card please I never been

There was no breakfast no lunch no dinner Provider your own food

they did not tell me I couldn’t put my key card with my wallet with my phone and I had to go to the office multiple times to get a new key card or fix the key card

I would rather sleep under a bridge than at this hotel again

No breakfast. No soap. No cups. No ice bucket or ice machine. I liked the proximity to the air port.

It looks like blood on the bathroom floor. The curtain almost didn't cover the window. The bed was very hard. Nothing was clean including the TV remote. This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in.

Cheap and very close to airport

The beds/pillows were hard, lights in the room were harsh on the eyes, and the bathroom/floors/tables/toilet was dirty.

Lights above sink didn’t work, there was a flat sheet over mattress & a blanket… no sheet to cover with, pillows extremely flat, no trash can in room, no ice bucket, mattress extremely hard

It was cheap and the receptionist was a nice woman And it was easy to find and i like how there are three differentotels on one property pretty much

It had roaches and ithe fridge did not work and i asked if they could fix it or switch one and he answered very quickly no and the next door neighbors sounded like they were having a meth fueled rage fight
