Clean, modern, fridge and microwave in the room, nice breakfast.

The lighting in the room and bathroom was a bit dark but this doesn't impact much since it is just a place to sleep and shower!

Fire alarm and sprinkler system went off in middle of night. Outside for an hour or so and one month later still no compensation

Clean,comfy,affordable

STAFF, the morning housekeeper that worked on the 2nd floor Wednesday morning May 24,2023. Was rude,nasty,and discourteous. She should of follow her hotel check out policy time. Its was 11:15, and i was ready with my suitcase at the door, inside making sure I don't leave anything. Then this particular housekeeper stated at the door hello,I replied i coming,and their a sign i put on the handle of the door since I arrived, don't disturb. Anyhow she OPENS THE DOOR,with her master key. And states with a nasty attitude are you a late check out. Excuse me,what she would of done is ask her supervisor, if I request a late check out and not just ,burst open the room door. Suppose I was uncovered. I never went to a hotel and the housekeeper just burst and come right in especially with a sign on the door. At that time ,I immediately left the room, and I saw her cleaning another room all the way at the end of the hall. So I don't know why the need to rush me out of the room, especially when she know its check out day for us. Iam extremely upset of what happen and will never return back to your facility again. This young lady was even the same person that I pass earlier on the floor before I went to breakfast. I said good morning and she never even replied. She is working for a service industry, however im aware some people only want to service people of their own race.......

The staff at front desk was very friendly and accommodating. The complimentary breakfast was very good.

The pull out sofa mattress was extremely worn out and you could feel the springs. A mattress topper should be available to help with this issue. The breakfast should be extended an additional hour on a Sunday morning due to Saturday evening activities.

Clean, fresh, neat place. Room was nice. Bed was very comfortable. Parking was good. Breakfast was tasty and fresh.

Excellent place to stay!

Great location. Not far from the Bryce Jordan Center (4 miles). The hotel was very clean and nice. The breakfast was great and there were many options.

Nice stop for travelers

Olive Garden is walking distance, just across the street. Breakfast offered hard boiled eggs, yogurt, and fresh made pancakes. There was even honey for my tea which is tough to find at many hotel breakfast bars.

Watch out for fees, comfy beds, good location, skip the hot breakfast items.

Location was great, beds were comfortable.

Shower was confusing. Was told there would be maid service for my 2 night stay, there wasn't. Biggest complaint is that all hot breakfast items were awful in taste. Both mornings I was there.

Pleasant

The front desk staff and housekeeping were helpful and very nice to deal with, even though it was a very busy weekend and they were frazzled. The hotel is in a great area and close to everything.

The room wasn't as clean as it could be, which is not surprising since the shade was broken and would not pull up leaving the room in constant darkness. There was a previous guest's clothing left sticking out of the couch cushions. The shower handle kept falling off in our hands when trying to get the water hot.
