Location, cleanliness

Hot Tub out of order, receptionist did not explain anything and was not friendly, sprinkler system leaked and caused puddles on sidewalk and by parking lot. Toaster did not work and breakfast was skimpy.

The back door into the hotel did not lock allowing anyone to enter. Drunks in the hallway after 2am

It is close to restaurants and shopping.

The breakfast didn't have any eggs or meat. They just offered biscuits and gravy and make your own waffles as the hot food.

Basic but clean hotel in good location

It is a budget hotel and a little dated but everything is very clean and the rooms spacious. I could check in early, which was a great bonus and front desk was very nice and accommodating. Great location also, with many shopping and restaurant options nearby.

It would be nice if the in room coffee options would have more regular coffee available. Also the coffee downstairs at the breakfast bar was a little weak. Bread options consisted only of white toast or white bagels then some sugary pastries. A little more variety would go a long way.

Have two queen beds AND a sofa bed since there was five people sharing room.

There were coffee pods but the coffee maker was one with basket so filter and coffee needed.

Hotel was dated but overall clean. Rooms were spacious but stained bedding and towels overshadowed

Julian went above and beyond to fix our TV which had been “re-wired” by a previous guest. He was polite and eager to help.

One pillowcase was stained with black marks, bath mat was stained with black grease streaks and one bath towel badly stained with brown and black streaks. A complete turnoff, these should never have been out out for guests.

the staff were absolutely amazing and so friendly! we would stay there everytime we come to fargo!

the rooms are clean. very spacious

I didn’t like the breakfast one of the days we were there, we liked the scrambled eggs but the next day was biscuits and gravy

Our stay was very comfortable. We tried to watch Netflix but it said no internet connection.

I thought there was a nice variety of foods available. The only negative thing was a long wait for the waffle maker. Having two would speed things along.
