Worked Well

Waterpark and Close to many things.

Elevator was out of order and the keycard did not work on the door leading directly to the pool from our room.

Our room was dirty crusty food left on the the night stand hand prints all over mirror. It wasn’t cleaned very good at all. When I go to a room I expect it to be clean and not left half undone. I do have pictures of the dirty stuff.

Perfect location, clean, & family friendly!

Very clean/ location is perfect/ the pool is wonderful for anyone with kids/ the cleaning service was very friendly and helpful!

there were a few outlets that were cracked and unable to have anything plugged in.

I enjoyed my stay would go back if I found a cheaper deal bc other than the pool that’s basically what you will be payin

the pool area was set up nice except the tiki area wasn’t open but there was a lady just sitting on her phone watching it …. also my son had to jump in and save another guests son from drowning while she didn’t even look up from her phone

I loved the facility’s pool I didn’t dislike anything

Great location, across the street from West Acres Mall

Friendly staff! Location was excellent! Across the street from West Acres Mall and near McDonalds and Osaka restaurant. Loved the little coffee shop inside mall and the pool with mini arcade. Had fun with the ping-pong table; had a large connect four and Jenga as well.

Did not like the restaurant inside hotel; we went for dinner but had to wait about 20 minutes before being seated as it was only one person seating and serving (no cashier at the front).Took a long time to get our food (~45 minutes); my family all had theirs but server forgot mine. Food was extremely salty and had too much pepper. Beds were rock hard, woke up with back and arm pain. Pillows were not comfortable.

Rooms & hallway was clean & the staff was very kind.

Inside & outside of pool could use some cleaning. The pool was murky & unknown stuff was floating in the water. I saw a lot of clumps of hair around the pool, which was very disgusting.

it was in Fargo

pool was cold, both air temp and water temp very long wait in restaurant. they were only seating 6 tables at a time Bar in pool was not open not enough coffee in room

Never Again

The room was dirty, the pool was gross, I spent 70$ on top of what I already spent on the hotel room the next day because I had to take my daughter to a Salon and get her hair fixed after the chlorine in there pool, lots of people in pool and no one tested it or monitored it at all Fights, Falls, Eating and Drinking in the Pool area. There was such a long wait for breakfast the next morning we went outside the hotel, this has never happened. I will never stay here again.

good pool, great food

woman at front desk with very short blond hair was rude when I asked her about the elevators BOTH being out of service when we were checking out from the 6th floor, had a baby and two young kids, she didn’t want to hear anything about us being inconvenienced with no elevator to use at all.

Terrible

Breakfast was awesome. Friendly staff. However My coat was stolen from my room and staff did not care or reimburse me.

My coat stolen from cleaning staff and staff did not care. I will never stay there since I know my coat was there and no one seems to know where it was. No sympathy from staff and they were not able to reimburse me. Nothing was done not even a call from management regarding my stolen coat.

Adequate.

The room was clean and comfortable, there were enough pillows and the staff was friendly.

It was overbooked, crowded, the ice machines couldn’t keep up with the demand so zero ice all weekend, elevators were out of service and the one that did work opened before it even got to the floor. The lobby was beautifully redone and there was a nice restaurant.. could they maybe put some money into the rest of the facility?
