The stay was very enjoyable and we would stay here again. Thanks.

Breakfast was excellent. It had what we needed. The pool was not open, but there must've been a reason for that. Staff was very friendly, but especially the woman who did the breakfast serving. She was very Attentive to the group making sure nothing ran out!!!

There was no D acceleration lane to enter the hotel. Not sure what that was about, but could lead to an accident.

Would stay here again.

Breakfast was good. Room was clean. Staff was very accommodating and friendly.

Our sink drain was totally plugged. But we were immediately offered another room just as nice.

The lack of service outweighed the good. We won't be using Country Inn & Suites by Raddison again.

Checkin-was good. Comfort of room was good.

Cleanliness poor - room was not cleaned once while we were there for five nights. CLEANING HAD TO BE REQUESTED TWO DAYS before wanted. Towels - towels after the first 2 sets were not supplied and HAD TO BE REQUESTED THE DAY BEFORE. For a five night stay this was really not acceptable. When we asked for more towels at the front desk, the representative acted like she was put out. Toilet Paper - We ran out of toilet paper and because room wasn't cleaned, it was not resupplied. Breakfast - Coffee was not available when my husband got up, as he is an early riser. Coffee availability at an earlier time would be nice. PRICE - For the amount we paid, we expected to have a certain level of service provided. Not even minimal service was provided.

Our stay was convenient to our activities and we would stay there again.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Upon checking in we were given a list of close by attractions and restaurants. The one we tried was excellent, and we would eat there again. The room and entire facility were very clean. The breakfast was good...especially Sunday's bacon & eggs.

It was nice for a one night stay except for the bed.

It was nice and the suite was spacious .

The beds were horrible! They are very outdated and squeaked with the slightest of movement. Also, other residents were extremely loud like they were having a party. Children were running down the hallways. Very thin walls.

Room was clean, location great, and a good value. Staff was not present when we arrived - we rang a bell and an employee came to check us in. Minimal interaction both during check in and out.

our stay at the motel was fine, but we won’t be back to Asheville. we did not feel safe walking downtown at the ‘River w

it was very clean…. that is what I look for when I’m staying out of town with my wife.

this is minor… but the parking spot lines are too close together… everyday I had to look to see if someone door dinged my car. the parking lot is small for this place but the spots make it seem even smaller

Stayed at this hotel for our 1 year anniversary trip, returned for our 22nd anniversary very Happy!

Breakfast was really good. Staff was so nice! Our room was amazing clean! All staff was so nice and friendly! It was quiet and blackout shades were a nice touch. Rooms were very nicely decorated. Bathroom was roomy and well lit.

TV in living room was hung crooked.
