Exceptional place to stay.

Heather was excellent at check in explaining everything we needed to know. Room was exceptionally clean with very good lighty. Breakfast was good with enough of a variety.

Decent hotel, but pricey

Clean, neat easy check in

Debit card charged twice. Two employees entered the room without knocking prior to us leaving.

Superb

Close to home. Senior HS graduate stayed with siblings that lived out of town.

A little pricey for mid week overnight. Normal check in time of 4 pm was late. Luckily staff did make an exception and we were allowed to be in earlier.

Staff were friendly

The whole hotel stank of food, the beds were badly made so it was hard to tell if we're fresh, the toilet was dirty. Beds firmness was terrible.

Suited our needs and was comfortable.

The breakfast was better than I had hoped: scrambled eggs and small omelets, as well as a selection of muffins, cereals and breads. The rooms and beds were comfortable. It was conveniently located.

Unfortunately the people in the room next to us were smoking. When we reported it to the front desk at about 10pm, they moved us to another room - which as great. But it was only when we mentioned it to the woman at the front desk in the morning when we checked out that there was a response of dealing with the people in the room. If smoking is not allowed, they should have been dealt with immediately, in my opinion.

It is very close to the major highways. Easy on and off.

the breakfast was ok. (instant oatmeal, french toast, cold cereal, danish, omelettes, coffee, tea, juice ) I thought the pillows and beds were comfortable. The lobby is brightly lit. I thought the rooms were clean. No funky smells at all.

The pits! Will not ever return!

Great breakfast clean rooms

They over charged me THREE times! My bank account went in the negative because of this place! We were supposed to go to Hershey but left broke!! Ruined our whole time there! I did not get my money back until a whole week later! Hope headquarters read this because it ruined everything, my grandchildren were so upset we couldnt go to hershey cuz grandma was out OVER $600!!

clean modern updated useful decor and technology (TV, outlets, lighting, multiple convenient USB ports) Functional clean and new kitchen area alliances( microwave, fridge, coffee maker)Furniture, bed linen clean and new condition.

as a “suite”. there could have been just a little more furniture like a table with 2 chairs for a meal or a sofa sitting area. There was a huge empty space next to the bed
